Seaclusion house is literally what it seems. You get the ocean view, with both the sounds of the jungle and the sea. There are hammocks, rocking chairs, sunsets,
monkeys, hummingbirds, macaws just to name a few. If relaxing is your adventure of
choice, between our once in a lifetime wildlife tours, you are in the right place. There is
a short adventure jungle trail from our place to the beach (we are elevated 90m from the
ocean) that has you ten minutes away from the warm Pacific waters.
The space
Seaclusion house is an open concept home, with gorgeous views out every window.
The perfect family bonding experience, a stocked kitchen for all of your basic
needs, a breakfast bar to enjoy the morning jungle breeze, a beautiful deck to relax,
socialize, celebrate and bask in the wonders of both sea and jungle life, and a glorious
shower abundant with hot water to satisfy that home comfort craving.

seaclusion house is a private home, all for you to enjoy. The house is located at the
very point of the property over looking the bay, where you can see the pacific coast of
Costa Rica (weather dependent). You have your own private entry way, and I am not
too far away if you have any questions. I live in a house on the same property.

-The water is drinkable. It is pumped from a natural spring fed creek on the property.
-The house has its own washing machine
-The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking items including a gas stove, salt &
pepper, and cooking oil.
-You will have access to hot water for the shower only.
-It is an open plan space with plenty of ventilation and fans. You will not need air
conditioning.
-There are two friendly, lovable dogs that will be enthusiastic for your arrival.
-There is unlimited internet.
-And last but not least we can book your tours at no extra charge. All you have to do is
tell us what you would like and we will do the rest. Best companies, best tours, and best
prices guaranteed.
Bare in mind Osa Península is one of the most condensed and diverse wildlife
sanctuaries in the world. We recommend you do some research and see what tickles

The host was very helpful to us during our stay. He booked excursions for us which were wonderful. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and drive us to the house. He also gave us rides up and down the hill. There are two tours up a steep hill to the house. One is a road which requires 4WD to get up and the other is a hiking trail through the jungle. We are in our mid-sixties and in good shape, so we could hike the trail. It was about 15 minutes for us to the beach and Drake Bay village where there are a few stores and restaurants. It’s a beautiful home overlooking the water. Andre, the host was great!

Our stay at Andre’s house was wonderful. We saw monkeys, scarlet macaws, and toucans right from the front porch. We were also frequent visitors of Andre’s two friendly dogs, who quickly became part of the experience.A trail from the property leads down to the beach, where it meets a beautiful freshwater river. The house is perched atop a steep hill, so a 4WD vehicle is necessary, and a true 4x4 is highly recommended.The views from the porch and the secluded setting make you feel completely immersed in the jungle, yet town is only a 15 minute walk or a short drive away. There, you’ll find plenty of local shops, restaurants, and bodegas.The house was equipped with a brand new air conditioning unit, which made a huge difference during the warm nights. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
