The 200 m2 villa is very spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is decorated with care and is very comfortable.
It has several open and semi-covered terraces overlooking the swimming pool.
The house does not require air conditioning, as the rooms are cool in summer.
On the first floor, you'll find a large living room (lounge and dining room) with a large fireplace, a TV corner, and a games room with table soccer and a shower and toilet area.

The dining room and kitchen open onto a covered terrace.
Upstairs, four bedrooms with fitted closets, a shower room, a bathroom and a toilet.
All bedroom bedding is new, as is much of the house furniture.

The pool has a minimum depth of 0.90 meters and a maximum depth of 1.90 meters, is salt water and is secured by an alarm system, but access remains the responsibility of parents.
A terrace will also be located above the pool in a very quiet and relaxing area.

- FIRE HAZARD: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN BY PREFECTURAL DECREE TO LIGHT FIRES, WOOD BARBECUES, FIRECRACKERS OR FIREWORKS. ALSO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH CIGARETTES, ASHTRAYS AND CANDLES OUTSIDE.
- CHILDREN MAY ONLY USE THE POOL UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
THE OWNERS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS IN THE POOL OR ON THE PROPERTY.
- IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF KEYS OR REMOTE CONTROLS, REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT THE TENANT'S EXPENSE.
- CAUTION SEPTIC TANK, DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TOILET EXCEPT TOILET PAPER.
