Welcome aboard Dock Holiday, the newest addition to our fleet of four unique floating vacation rentals at Seville Harbour Marina. Situated directly on Pensacola Bay, this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom houseboat offers some of the most spectacular waterfront views in the marina and a one-of-a-kind coastal getaway in the heart of downtown Pensacola.

Of our four houseboats, Dock Holiday offers the most expansive bay views. With those views comes greater exposure to easterly winds, which may cause the houseboat to gently sway. Many guests find the motion relaxing and say it rocks them to sleep. If you are sensitive to movement, please consider this when selecting your accommodations.

Important Safety Information

Dock Holiday is located on the water within an active marina. Guests should expect to walk on floating docks that may have uneven surfaces. There are no railings on the docks or on the front and rear decks of the houseboat.

So enjoyed all the perks of the houseboat. Relaxing! The place is beautiful at first until you see the couch. A big let down. Worn out and looks terrible. I was embarrassed for my company to see it and sit on. When we checked out for payment 175.00 was not disclosed until we paid for it. For that will not recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this houseboat! The views were stunning and so peaceful waking up on the water felt like a dream. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home.We especially loved the serene atmosphere at Seville Marina and the unique experience of staying right on the water. One of the highlights was fishing right off the dock and even catching rainbow trout such a fun and memorable surprise!It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We’re so grateful for the memories made here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Everything was perfect! You won’t find a better place to stay in the downtown area. It’s exceptionally clean, very safe, and everything is better than advertised. There is a well known restaurant adjacent to the marina and the shops and restaurants on Palafox are within walking distance. The Blue Wahoo ballpark is within walking distance, as well. The manager/ hostess JoDee is always available and responsive. There are no issues. There is a great view from the boathouse and shade in the afternoon. It doesn’t get any better than this!

This property is amazing. It is so relaxing and peaceful but still convenient to everything you could want. Good food…there is a restaurant connected to the harbor. Want to shop? You are right by downtown Pensacola. This is truly a gem of a place and we can’t wait to come back!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It is safe, within walking distance to downtown restaurants and the ballpark, and very private. There is a popular restaurant which is not part of the marina, but right there. The fishing is great right off the front porch! The manager is very accommodating and responsive to any request. This is a very special spot. You won’t regret staying in Doc Holiday.

Amazing!!!

This was THE BEST place we have ever stayed, the house was immaculately clean, very well stocked and just so relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely book Dock Holiday again next year for our annual end of summer trip. The view from the front porch is stunning from watching the sunrises, distant thunderstorms and if you're lucky you can catch the dolphins feeding between the marina and the bridge. The fish lights at night were definitely my favorite. So many big fish all around and if you look closely there are so many tiny marine critters hanging all around the pilings and porch, they are fun to watch. The marina is very private, quiet and peaceful and in a great location. I would give this property 100 stars if I could. Check in was a breeze!

Wahoo getaway

The boathouse is better than advertised. It’s as clean as anything you’ll ever find, within walking distance to downtown and the baseball stadium. There is excellent fishing from the porch. ( sea trout and mullet) It is safe and secure. The hostess is readily available and very responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. There is a great restaurant next to the marina. I doubt if there is a better rental for the money anywhere. It’s as good as it gets.
