"Our room was a beautiful suite with a great view of the bay. The bathroom was beautifully updated BUT…. there was not water to put in that gorgeous tub. I must say a bus’s load of people came in about 6;30 so that was the problem. Dinner service was a little slow and the rib eye was not a good cut of meat and I ordered rare and got well done. They needed more help to serve all the people. They were working on the kitchen update so I guess that was a problem. One more thing, all the hall fire doors should be blocked open during the day because dragging three heavy suitcases through narrow heavy doors was not fun!!!!"

"The welcome was great the room exceptional and an enclosed outside area perfect for our dog. The food and service were truly wonderful we can’t wait to visit again."
