Its isolation will be appreciated during this particular health period. House built in 1988, with on the ground floor: a hall serving the living / dining room and the independent kitchen with built-in units and fully equipped, these 2 rooms have direct access to the terraces by bay windows, independent toilet, a room office leads to 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and a bathroom. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, shower room, separate wc. Electric heating. Wireless. Unenclosed land of 3000m², 2 terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers.
