18th century gite in the heart of the Lot valley. You will enjoy relaxing as a lover in this cosy and cocooning gite decorated with taste and modernity. Located in the heart of the vineyards in a quiet and relaxing environment where many castles and rivers will bring you closer to nature. Here you will be able to fish or simply walk in love. The paths of Compostela are very close for the amateurs of excursion. Not far from many tourist sites such as Cahors (city of art and history: Pont Valentré, Cathedral of St Etienne), Padirac (caves and the most emblematic abyss) or Rocamadour (place of pilgrimage and shimmering landscapes) ....Access to the gîte by a few steps. On the ground floor: Lounge / Dining room, fully equipped kitchenette, independent wc, 1 bedroom (1 bed in 140), bathroom. Access to the first floor by a spiral staircase: 1 additional attic room with 1 bed in 140. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Large ground of 2800m2. The lodging is located next to the owners' house without opposite with an independent ground. Common swimming pool 4X8 with flat, deckchair and lounge of relaxation.
