Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room.

Old and outdated hotel that desperately needs renovation. AC was really noisy and didn't cool down the room and it was impossible to get a good sleep with AC on. The only positive side is that it is located close to the old city center.

L'hôtel n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Réservation d'une chambre twin non obtenu sur 2 chambres. De la moquette dans les chambres sans pantoufles, pas de savon, mauvaise odeur de la clim. Le petit déjeuner, plus de venoiserie, ni becon, pour le prix 18,50€ encore plus chère que Paris, Lyon, Marseille et les enfants de 12 ans sont considérés comme des adultes. Laisser nos enfants grandir avec le temps. Le comble et la caution plus chère que le prix de la chambre 300€ de caution comment faire si pas de disponibilité sur le compte ? Se détail n'est pas mentionné sur hôtel.com Je suis très déçu.

Personnel sympathique. Hôtel un peu vieillot, mais bien situé. chambre propre, wifi bien et literie confortable. Seul bémol, la climatisation qui est très bruyante et inefficace. Hors la chambre était chaude. Obligée de dormir la fenêtre ouverte et il y avait des travaux dans la rue (cependant moins bruyant que la clim). Fenêtre dans la SDB, ce qui est un plus, mais dommage de ne pas pouvoir l'ouvrir.
