Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Serenity Cove is located in an exclusive Smith Lake neighborhood with a boat ramp, beach, and basketball goal 1 street over on Port Tact Road. Home features a covered porch, large deck, fire pit, and charcoal grill. Primary bedroom is on the 1st floor. Two large upstairs bedrooms have a total of 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Our boat dock has about 6 feet of seasonal water at full summer pool 510 feet usually during June and the 1st half of July. You can look up daily water levels and historical water levels on phone apps.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
