Magnifique studio.

Nous avons passé de bons moments à Douarnenez et ses environs. Le studio est fonctionnel et bien équipé, il est bien décoré, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Les échanges avec notre hôte ont été très bons, la procédure d'arrivée et les diverses informations fournies sont efficaces. Merci pour tout.

Für eine Person ideal

Die gute Lage zum Strand und zum Hafen machen das kleine Studio ideal für Urlauber, die sowohl eine preisgünstige Übernachtung als auch eine nahezu perfekt ausgestattete Kochgelegenheit suchen, aber auf einen Balkon oder eine Terasse gut verzichten können. Das Objekt würde noch an Attraktivität gewinnen, wenn es statt des großen Couchtisches, der letzlich doch nur als Ablage nützlich ist, einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen gäbe, so dass man dort auch bequem etwas schreiben oder "arbeiten" könnte, ohne zum Couch-Patato zu werden.

Nous avons passé 6 nuitées dans ce studio bien fonctionnel, décoré avec soin et dont la situation est idéale pour visiter Douarnenez à pieds, accéder aux pointes du Raz et du Van, presqu'ile de Crozon... commerces à proximité et le petit plus, la place de parking. Très bons échanges et communications avec le propriétaire.

8 jours dansun studio très fonctionnel. La rue où il se trouve pas très attractive avec de la circulation. Pas loin de là des perspectives de visites de ballades intéressantes de beaux sites. Seul bemol 1 journée de soleil sur 8. Très mauvais temps.

A notre arrivés la personne nous a reçu assez froidement . l'appartement était envahis de Fourmis et l'appartement sentait beaucoup trop les produits donc ns avons été obliger d'aéré . Manque de terrasse extérieur et pour le Parking privé accessibles pour petits véhicules ..donc pas servi du parking.

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans le studio, qui est idéalement situé. À 2 pas des commerces, à 2 des plages.. Tout peut se faire à pied. La place de parking est également un point positif ! Nous recommandons cette location !

Tout était parfait : lieu chaleureux, confortable et à proximité de tous les points d'attraction des environs !
