In our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home on the outskirts of Neßmersiel we want to contribute to the success of your holiday. The terraced house has a secluded garden with garden shed, terrace and lawn with children's swing. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are of course available. Directly in front of the house there is the own car parking space. Free Wi-Fi is of course.
Your pet (max two) is welcome.
From April 1st to September 30th we provide our guests with a beach chair at the dog beach of Neßmersiel free of charge.
The bright living room is equipped with underfloor heating, woodburning stove, digital satellite TV, music system, DVD player, sofa and cupboards, highchair and dining table. The integrated kitchenette in the living room is high quality and furnished with a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven and grill oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, pots / crockery are abundant.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

Zweiwöchiger Urlaub

Im Haus selbst haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, es war sauber und für uns ausreichend geräumig. Im Garten war es uns oft zu laut, da in den umliegenden Gärten nahezu täglich gemäht wurde, auch die scheinbar beauftragten Firmen begannen schon sehr früh am Morgen mit ihren Arbeiten...sehr schade. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eine der Straßen, die hauptsächlich genutzt wird, um ins Feriengebiet zu fahren, so dass morgens die Fenster geschlossen werden mussten, um weiterschlafen zu können. Zum Strand waren es zu Fuß ca. 35 Minuten, daher sind wir eher mit dem Auto gefahren. Am Strand allerdings kosten Hunde nochmal Extragebühren und die Parktickets sind auf Dauer recht kostspielig...die Gegend finden wir sehr schön, trotz des sehr wechselhaften und eher kühlen Urlaubs haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht. Das Ehepaar Janssen war sehr nett und behilflich.

Sehr schönes,geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben.Auch den bereitgestellten Strandkorb am Hundestrand haben wir mit unseren beiden Vierbeinern sehr genossen,ebenso wie einen Tagesausflug nach Baltrum und verschiedene gemütliche Cafes in der Umgebung.

Eine Woche Urlaub

Wir waren Mitte Juli eine Woche mit Hund im Haus von Familie Ehlers. Eine schöne saubere, helle Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. In dem kleinen eingezäunten Garten hat sich unser Vierbeiner richtig wohl gefühlt. Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt vor der Haustür. Wir können guten Gewissens das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.

Das Haus/ Wohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet, mit allem was das Herz begehrt.Angefangen beim Geschirr, den Töpfen,Pfannen, Gewürze etc. Nagelneue tolle Outdoor Möbel incl.Auflagen. Gartenhaus, in dem sich ein Grill für draussen und ein Tischgrill, sowie 2 Fahrräder befinden. Die Betten sind bequem und wenn das Wetter schlecht ist, gibt es eine große "Bibliothek", sowie Spiele für Groß und Klein und DVD`s oder Malutensilien. Das Haus und der Garten lassen keine Wünsche aus. Lediglich das Umfeld der Unterkunft ist mehr als ruhig.Keine Geschäfte, Auto ist notwendig, für kleinere Touren oder Einkäufe reicht ein Fahrrad. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unterstützen bei allen Fragen schnell und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, Strandnähe optimal für Kinder

Das Haus ist vollkommen in gutem und sauberem Zustand. Küche ist klein aber alles ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden es bestimmt nochmal für unsere Familie buchen. Strand ist auch schön und genug Platz zum Austoben für Kinder. Ein Strandkorb von Vermietern wird zur Nutzung bereitgestellt, vielen Dank dafür.

Ein Wohlfühl- Ferienhäuschen

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, blitzsauberes Ferienhaus, ganz im maritimen Stil. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt außerdem reichlich Lesestoff, Spiele und DVD's. Der kleine aber feine Garten ist vollständig umzäunt. Dort haben Fellnasen keine Chance auszubüxen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, es tut gut die Seele an der Nordsee baumeln zu lassen. Und wenn die Unterkunft noch dazu so schön ist, macht es umso mehr Spaß.

Tolle Wohnung mit großartiger Ausstattung

Wir durften zu dritt (2EW, 1Kind) und Hund eine Woche lang im August in der Wohnung urlauben. Es hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Ablageflächen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt viel Geschirr, zusätzlich jede Menge Küchenhelfer, Tupperdosen etc. Fliesenboden und eingezäunter Garten sind perfekt, wenn man mit Hund verreist. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist im nordischen Stil eingerichtet und dekoriert, so kommt man gleich im Urlaub an, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Gab es etwas, was gestört hat? Einzig die Bauweise der Eingangstür hat uns etwas logistische Herausforderung gekostet, denn der dahinterliegende kleine Flur ist so schmal, dass man nicht einfach einen Koffer oder volle Einkaufstaschen durchtragen kann. Dadurch, dass es aber einen eigenen Gartenzugang gibt, lässt sich das alternativ durch die Terrassentür erledigen ;-) Der Ort Neßmersiel besteht hauptsächlich aus Ferienhäusern und ist ein idealer Ausgangsort, um die Region zu erkunden und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Ort zum Ausruhen zu haben. Vielen Dank, Familie Ehlers. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ostern 2022

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub mit Oma, Kinder und Hund. Das Haus plus Garten ist top und wir haben nichts vermisst. Jeden Tag tolles Wetter und zu Fuss zum Strand. Abgerundet mit dem Strandkorb der zum Haus angeboten wird ein Traum. Der Hund und Kinder mit ihren Spielplätzen kamen auf ihre Kosten, daß jeder Abends mit einem Lächeln schlafen ging. Entspannter Nordseeurlaub

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine sehr schöne entspannte Woche in Neßmersiel. Der Strandkorb am Hundestrand ist ein echtes Highlight und im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super nett und um ein kleines Internetproblem wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hat sich sehr gelohnt

Erster Eindruck super sauber, roch gut, Frau Jansen ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns den Schlüssel vor Ort versteckt, damit wir gleich rein können und nicht warten müssen. Ein Ort weiter gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 2 km bis zum Strand, Fahrradverleih und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Strand und Hundestrand sauber und einladend. Für Kind und Hund sehr gut.

Wieder einmal Nessmersiel

Im Nebenhaus wurde saniert, daher war es tagsüber doch laut. Hierfür gab es seitens des Vermieters einen Gutschein für ein nahegelegenes Pub. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, haben wir von dem Lärm nur zu Randzeiten etwas mitbekommen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, der Aufenthalt selbst wieder einmal toll. Das Ferienhaus können wir empfehlen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett.
