Möbilierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, "Divanbett" ist nur ein Klappsofa, war uns als Paar allerdings noch lieber als die getrennten Betten im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Duschvorhang war nagelneu, weil das in einer früheren Bewertung noch nicht der Fall war. Es war sauber, bis auf die Balkonmöbel, aber die kann man das selber abwischen. Waren im Mai wohl noch nicht im Gebrauch. Allerdings könnte man den Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon mal erneuern, der ist uralt und wackelig, bei etwas Wind schon nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, auf jeden Fall passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
