Gebucht und gecancelt worden
Wir haben gebucht und am Anreisetag wurde uns storniert - in dem Sinne haben wir den Aufenthalt tatsächlich nicht genossen und auch nicht genießen können ;-)

Unverschämt - Stornierung am Anreisetag
Würd ich nie wieder buchen. Haben am 05.05. für den 17.05. eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, wurde auch bestätigt. Am Tag der Anreise auf Rückfrage, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen wurde uns die Wohnung storniert wegen angenlicher Doppelbelegung. Unfassbar!!!

Schöne Fotos reichen nicht: null Kommunikation und lieblose Wohnung mit sehr magerer Ausstattung
Wir haben uns hier für 2 Nächte eingemietet - Anreise Freitag 14.30 Uhr, Abreise Sonntag 9.30 Uhr. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber: schleppend und wenn überhaupt, nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage! Nach unserem Aufenthalt null Reaktion auf Nachrichten. Check-in-Vorgang: war okay, trotzdem mussten wir warten. Ausstattung: Leider fehlt es hier an so ziemlich allem! Wenn man fürs Wochenende kurzvermietet, sollte eine Grundausstattung vorhanden sein: Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Spülmittel und Geschirrspülertabs, Mülltüten, Spüllappen, ein paar Kaffeefilter! Hier jedoch nichts von alledem - leider auch keine Infomappe, kein WLAN, keine Mikrowelle! Keine Müslischüsseln! Wir mussten unsere Cornflakes morgens aus einer Kaffeetasse löffeln! Unsere Gästekarten haben wir verspätet erst am Samstagmorgen erhalten! Für unseren Hund wurden nachträglich extra noch mal 20 EUR Reinigungskosten abgeknöpft, obwohl wir bereits bei Buchung 24 EUR hierfür Aufpreis bezahlt haben. Auf eine Rückerstattungsanforderung hat der Vermieter bis heute nicht reagiert. Ich kann diesen Anbieter daher NICHT empfehlen und würde hier auch nicht mehr buchen.
