Of ample size, it consists of a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with bookcase, wicker sitting room, framed by beautiful windows overlooking the sea; also, the living room with comfortable fabric sofas and a part with wooden seating with stylish furniture created by local artists, also with beautiful windows overlooking the sea. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The property is completed by a very large veranda, with a breathtaking view of the sea, furnished with tables and chairs and masonry seats complete with cushions, a barbecue, a garden, a garage for two cars and two uncovered parking spaces. Present: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, air conditioning, hoover, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fireplace, barbecue, outdoor shower, water supply.
Ideal for those who love wonderful views of the sea, as well as for those who enjoy the convenience of being able to go to the sea simply by leaving the house, as well as for evening walks being directly on the seafront. If two more beds are needed, attached to the house is a very pretty Sardinian-style tavernetta with a third bathroom.
