Recently built, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second bedroom and bathroom; complete the property a veranda overlooking the sea, furnished with table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Free parking comfort near the house. Present TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a stay of tranquility and peace, still close to the main beach of the country; but it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the marvelous waters of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe beaches for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.
