We stayed here for the weekend. The location is really amazing. Rooms are simple but nice. Staff doesn’t really speak English. Breakfast is tasty with lots of sweets, if that’s your thing. I recommend this place!
The five circles are not for luxury but for authenticity. This place is not for those who like 5* luxury butfor those who love the outdoors, farm life and simple comforts. We went here to go horse riding and kayaking. When we turned off the main road we realised we were heading into real countryside. The farm has donkeys, goats, cats, horses and reminded me of small crofts in Scotland. There is a completely laid back atmosphere. We scrambled down the steep track and set off on a kayak to explore the lake. On our return we chilled with a beer in the sun at the front of the farm watching the kittens and admiring the view. A television crew were using the restaurant for a traditional Sardinian shoot which prevented us from sampling the food on that day. We loved this place though and wished that we had booked to stay here. It is a real get away from it all place with lots of outdoor activities and absolutely no frills. Just relaxation and wholesomeness.
We stayed for two days at the Ecoparco Neule' for the New Year celebrations. What an amazing time we had! The children played outside, the food and wine was delicious, the hospitality absolutely fantastic. Congratulations to Giampiero and Monia fot their professionalism and passion to provide a real agriturismo experience. Highly recommended and we can't wait to visit back in summer. Manuela, Joseph and family.
We are a family of 5 - kids 16 14 12, parents also quite young - and stayed in a room with 5 beds in the house next to the viewing point. Quite crammed but the airco kept us cool inside. Anyway, there is so much to see in the region, there is no reason to be inside. Monica and her team did their best to make our stay as relaxed as possible. It's a layback place, Sardinian vibe, everything is possible. Every few days, monia's husband cooks a Sardinian dinner for all residents. We were lucky to be around that day. It was a highlight of our trip. We explored the Gola (leave early!), Cala Luna (leave early!) and Orgosolo/Mt San Giovanni. It's one of the most beautiful corners of the world, and the ecoparvo Neule adds to this!
Such a beautiful, tranquil place with stunning views of the lake and plenty to do on-site and nearby. We had a hard but great day kayaking across the whole lake, borrowing one of the many kayaks from Ecoparco Neule. We also enjoyed a delicious traditional Sardinian meal with the other guests on the Friday night, with plenty of vegetarian options for me and lamb and pork for the meat eaters. Breakfasts were delicious, and we all had plenty of space to chill out with the farm dogs and cats. Other guests' kids were in heaven running around together. We also recommend the nearby beaches and hiking in nearby Gorropu Gorge.
We loved this hotel. The owner has created a wonderful experience for guests with plenty of options for tours and self directed fun. Some recommendations: book tours, especially boat tours, in advance. The owner has a special dinner every three nights. Definitely enjoy the hammocks and the incredible sunset views! The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, the best in our experience.
We had such a fantastic stay with our children of 6 and 9 years old, the views are breathtaking, there are lovely animals: cats, dogs, horses, goats ( + 5 newly born kids), donkeys, rabbits, and chickens and you can go for lovely walks. Dario was so kind- looking after us and getting the kids involved in keeping the much needed log fire going and feeding the animals. He is also a great cook! The rooms were very comfortable. It was cold during our visit and both the wood burning fire in the communal area and the heating in the room kept us lovely and warm
We booked a room for one night with a stupendous look on the "Lago del Cedrino". As soon as we arrived we were offered some white wine, which already made us feel at home. We had a quick rest and then enjoyed the social dinner, which was great. The food and wine were local and plenty and the company was great. Please notice that the social dinner doesn't happen everyday but it depends on the amount of guests present, so ask when booking a room, we specifically moved our booking to make sure we would enjoy it. On the second day we went on a nice walk towards the lake with one of the cats living at Neule' and then we went on an excursion to "Su Gorropu" on our own. We discovered a bit too late that we could have asked to do some kayaking on the lake or riding a mountain bike or a quad in the park. Next time we will surely try those out as well. The hosts Gianpiero and Monia were extremely nice and welcoming. We strongly recommend this place if you're planning to visit the inland of Sardinia.
Gianpiero was a great host, and the stay was very enjoyable. The all day off road trip with picnic / BBQ on top of a mountain at a shepherds hut was an unforgettable highlight. The setting of the Ecopark is very impressive with dramatic mountain scenery in the distance over the lake. Facilities are rustic and basic, but the overall experience & warm welcome is well recommended.
This is absolutely the way you must experience Sardinia. Monia's place is beautiful and comfortable. They offer phenomenal food, hospitality, excursions, views, and relaxation. Our room was comfortable! Great space, no problems with hot water, a/c working, etc. This place was good for couples, groups, families, etc. So much to do and close to the town and beaches of Cala Gonone. My husband and I went for our honeymoon/10-year anniversary of being together. There was enough alone time, but plenty of interactions with others. We enjoyed kayaking and out to an old church and hiking up to see it. We also loved just walking around the property and relaxing. Monia also provided a PHENOMENAL recommendation for dinner at a nearby agriturismo. My husband and I already want to go back and intend to spend more time here one day.
