The accommodation
The villa, a stone's throw from the sea, is on two floors, surrounded by a large private garden. On the ground floor: the living - dining room with air conditioning, the kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, a spacious covered veranda where it is possible to eat outside. On the first floor three bedrooms: double bedroom with air conditioning, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with a single bed; a large bathroom complete with tub; a covered veranda and a balcony.
The garden, equipped with barbecue and sink for outdoor barbecues, granite table and seats in the shade of a beautiful holm oak, allow you to enjoy in absolute tranquility and relaxation the beautiful summer evenings back from the sea.

Sehr schöne Lage, 800 Meter vom Meer und ruhig gelegen.

Das Haus, die Lage und der Ort waren sehr schön. Annita ist jemand der bei Fragen und kleinen Problemen sofort zur Seite steht und hilft. Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

entspanner Urlaub am Meer

schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, schattiger kleiner Vorgarten mit Hängematten für entspannte Lesestunden im Freien; der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weit, aber zu Fuß zu schaffen, ansonsten parkt man auf halber Strecke. Pluspunkt für Paare mit lautem/lauter Schnarcher:in oder kleinem Kind: an das Elternzimmer schließt sich ein kleines Zimmer an (sogar mit eigenem Zugang zum Balkon). So kommt jede:r zu seinem Schlaf. Pluspunkt des nächstgelegenen Strands: hohes Strandufer, dass Teile des Strands ab Nachmittag beschattet - gerade im Juli/August sehr angenehm, dann kann man es auch ohne Sonnenschirm gut am Strand aushalten

Cala Gonone - ein Traum

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr angenehmen und netten italienischen Nachbarn, die uns zum Abschied einen Karton mit selbstgemachten italienischen Süssigkeiten geschenkt haben. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit - von dem her jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Coup d'essai en Sardaigne

Au final nous pensons avoir fait le bon choix d'aller dans cette zone. L'arrière pays est superbe et la côte magnifique. Nous pratiquons la randonnée et les activités nautiques et apprécions particulièrement la tranquillité. La maison est facile d'accès située en périphérie dans un endroit plutôt calme. C'est Annita qui nous a reçu et nous a présenté la maison avec beaucoup d'amabilité. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable. Il est facile de stationner devant la maison ( point important ! ). Un barbecue efficace est à disposition . Une adresse à retenir ...

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand - ideal für Wohnen in Ruhe. Zu Fuß braucht man trotzdem nur knapp 10 min. zum Strand. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mangel zu berichten und zwei kleine Vorschläge für eine Verbesserung: noch am selben Tag wurde alles erledigt. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. R. u. M.
