Well situated for trips to Ringstead Bay, Weymouth Beach, Lulworth Cove, the county town of Dorchester, and many nearby quaint Dorset villages. The Garden House can comfortably accommodate guests with three double bedrooms and a further double bedroom with an additional single bed. The grand sitting room with its open fire is the perfect space for gathering all the family together, and there is a dining kitchen with an Aga and views across The Estate. The property has a utility and cloakroom on the ground floor, a family shower room and an en-suite bathroom on the first floor, and a family bathroom on the second floor. Younger guests will enjoy the chalk walled play area on the second floor with its extensive range of toys.

There is plenty of parking at the front of the property and guests have use of a pretty courtyard garden for al fresco dining with its garden table, benches and chairs.

Beautiful character property

We really enjoyed Garden House. Comfy beds & beautiful views & location. Aga & lovely goodies in the fridge when we arrived.
