A large bright space, with a superb private terrace, set on a very beautiful and immense beach with direct access, ideal for walks, jogging, swimming, 20 meters from the Thalasso center of the Hôtel de la Baie.
Total comfort, from the large living / dining room to the upstairs bedrooms, with panoramic sea views everywhere, including the fully equipped kitchen. All close to the center of Granville and 15 minutes from the SNCF train station.
