A large bright space, with a superb private terrace, set on a very beautiful and immense beach with direct access, ideal for walks, jogging, swimming, 20 meters from the Thalasso center of the HĂŽtel de la Baie.
Total comfort, from the large living / dining room to the upstairs bedrooms, with panoramic sea views everywhere, including the fully equipped kitchen. All close to the center of Granville and 15 minutes from the SNCF train station.

    Einzigartige Lage - stilvolle Wohnung

    Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als ĂŒbertroffen. Unmittelbare Lage am Meer, eine wunderschöne Promenade, trotz Hochsaison war der Strand nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Das touristische Angebot rund um Donville-les-Bains/ Granville ist sehr gut. Vieles lĂ€sst sich zu Fuß entdecken. Allein die Ebbe und Flut, das Suchen nach Muscheln oder den Strand zu entdecken waren jeden Tag ein Highlight fĂŒr die Kinder. Man lebt mit den Gezeiten, den WetterverĂ€nderungen und auch wenn wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes auch viel Wasser von oben kam, so hat das Meer und die tollen SonnenuntergĂ€nge vieles wieder entschĂ€digt. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht und am Morgen sorgte fĂŒr pure Entspannung. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angemessene GrĂ¶ĂŸe, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die KĂŒche bietet alles was man Geschirr und Kochutensilien benötigt. Die Wohnung bietet einen großen Tisch, einen großen Wohnzimmerbereich mit Blick aufs Meer und in der 2. Etage einen Fernsehbereich. Wir haben Donville-les-Bains kennen- und lieben gelernt. Man fĂŒhlt sich gleich, wie zuhause. Unser Dank geht auch an die Wohnungsverwalterin, die erreichbar war fĂŒr uns und uns mit guten Urlaubstipps versorgt hat. Merci beaucoup pour tout! C'Ă©tait un grand plaisir de passer nos vacances chez vous Ă  Donville-les-Bains.

    traumhafte Wohnung am allerbesten Platz

    Traumhaft! Mehr geht nicht. Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Schön ist auch, dass es eine noch privat genutzte Wohnung ist, die eben nicht den ĂŒblichen sterilen Ferienwohnungsflair hat. Es sind daher eben auch Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Das obere Stockwerk hat Potential sich den Kopf zu stossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Super.

    Obwohl wir wĂ€hrend 4 Tagen weder TV Empfang noch Internet hatten , ( EigentĂŒmerin war sehr bemĂŒht das Modem Problem zu lösen .đŸ€™) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Donville-les-Bains sehr genossen. Die wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer ist einmalig und eigentlich unbezahlbar. Wir haben die schönsten SonnenuntergĂ€nge 🌇 erlebt . Buchen dieses Wohnung sicherlich wieder. Dankeschön

    Die Lage ist super aber die Wohnung den Preis nicht wert!

    Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Die Wohnung ist nicht, wie beschrieben, rollstuhlgerecht! Geschirr und Duschen nicht sauber. Viele SchrĂ€nke sind nicht nutzbar, da vollgestopft mit Sachen der EigentĂŒmer oder zugeklebt mit Paketband. TiefhĂ€ngende StĂŒrze (aus Beton und Stahl) sind fĂŒr Personen ĂŒber 1,60 m GrĂ¶ĂŸe gefĂ€hrlich. Laute LĂŒftergerĂ€usche in einem Schlafzimmer. Zu wenig HandtĂŒcher! Defekter GeschirrspĂŒler.
