Sauber und komfortabel hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Das hotel Weinland hat komfortabel Zimmer und ist sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Rad-route rundum Neusidl am See verlauft neben Hotel Anlage. Wir sind sehr zufriedene für unser kurzes Aufenthalt.

Frühstück gibt es ab 7 Uhr. Da wir wieder einen langen Radtag vor uns hatten, wollten wir gleich um diese Zeit Frühstücken. Um 07:15 Uhr war leider im noch kein Frühstück fertig... Von der Neusiedlerseecard wusdte auch niemand im Hotel.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft für Zwischenstopp

Nach Opernbesuch statt langer Heimfahrt hier eine Nacht gebucht. Liegt praktisch aber wenig idyllisch in einem kleinen Gewerbegebiet (Tankstelle, Billa, etc.) direkt an der Bundesstraße 50. Für eine Nacht genau das richtige, sehr neu eingerichtet.

Der Check in verlief schleppend da niemand an der Rezeption saß,der Hotelmanager wußte nicht einmal über bezahlung per Paypal Bescheid,Parkplätze für Hotelgäste war nicht reserviert als wir von einer Veranstaltung zurückkamen mußten wir abseits des Hotels parken,als wir ins Restaurant kamen war dieses völlig verraucht auf Anfrage wo der Nichtraucherbereich ist wurde uns mitgeteilt das dieser zur Zeit für ein Meeting gebraucht würde, also mußte ich im verrauchten Restaurant mein Essen zu mir nehmen.Das Frühstück war etwas zu Bescheiden,Ich werde nächstes Jahr sicher nicht mehr hier buchen.

NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!!!!

... als wir beim Hotel ankamen, war alles dunkel und das Foyer müffelte Als wir um 1:30 Uhr in der Nacht vor der geschlossenen Hotelschiebetür standen, nahmen wir unsere Hotelzimmerkarte heraus und zogen sie durch, um die Türe zu öffnen. Lieder auch nach dem 20 Mal ohne Erfolg! So wählte ich die angegebene Telefonnummer des Hotels. Beim zweiten Versuch hatte ich Erfolg. Ein Mann sagte mir, er würde in 2 min. kommen und uns öffnnen. Nach kurzer Zeit kam tatsächlich jemand, öffnet uns die Türe ohne sich für die Umstände zu entschuldigen, drehte sich um und ging wieder nach oben. So kamen wir doch noch in unser gebuchtes Zimmer. Als wir in der Früh auschecken wollten, wollte der Chef das Zimmer nocheinmal verrechnen, obwohl das Zimmer über hotel.com schon bezahlt wurde. Als er sagte, er hätte noch nichts abgebucht, zeigte ich ihm die Zimmerbestätigungsmail von hotel.com und sagte er solle sich ansonsten mit seinem Vertragspartner in Verbindung setzen. Dies machte er dann nicht, allerdings meinte er die Ortstaxe wäre da nicht enthalten und wollte 3 € von uns. Wir schüttelten den Kopf, legten ihm kopfschüttelnd das Geld hin und sagten auf nie mehr Wiedersehen.

Goed voor één nacht

De reden van mijn verblijf was het is maar 50 KM van vliegveld en prijs is 1/3 van prijzen dichter bij. Prijs kwaliteit is in verhouding. De ontvangst donker schuifdeur niemand te bereiken ook niet via het telefoonnummer. Maar eenmaal een persoon bereikt zijn ze heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam met vette letters. Gang voorzien van automatische verrichting alleen in mijn vleugel functioneerde hij niet. Kamer was groot en TV was uit de jaren 80 werkt nog dus ok maar het bed was echt aan vervanging toe. Badkamer was schoon eenvoudig maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Nogmaals prijs kwaliteit is goed als je daar je verwachtingen op instelt. In aansluitend restaurant gegeten wederom goed eten voor een redelijke prijs wat me alleen opviel dat gasten binnen mochten roken. Ik heb daar geen last van maar misschien andere.

Ärgerlich

Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber ich habe noch keine Hotelzimmer erlebt wo es kein Telefon oder einen Weckdienst gibt. Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktioniert nicht, man liegt im Bett und muss wieder aufstehen um den Fernseher auszuschalten - ärgerlich! Im Badezimmer sind genau zwei kleine Handtücher, aber kein Badetuch einmal Duschen und das kleine sogenannte Handtuch ist nass. Die Minibar haben wir auch gesucht - leider nicht gefunden, weil sie nicht vorhanden ist obwohl es auf der Homepage steht, bei 30°Grad im Zimmer und kein trinken, genau das braucht man. Frühstückbuffet ist ärmlich (kein Obst, keine Auswahl) für € 132.- für eine Nacht Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich kann aber diese Mängel nicht gut machen
