Be one of the first to enjoy the ambiance of staying in this one bedroom condo located on the 4nd floor of the San Miguel Building overlooking the Plaza, Clearwater Coffee, and a filtered lake view. This new Mountain Contemporary design will not disappoint, featuring a King Sized Bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa accommodating up to 4 guests. With a full sized kitchen and appliances you will easily have the comfort of home. Guests will enjoy a Small Patio, Free Wi-Fi, and Cable TV. Guests will have access to underground parking garage and is only a few short steps away from the base of the ski hill. 


The sleeping configuration is 1 King, 1 Queen Sized Sleeper Sofa Bed, giving you a max sleeping capacity of 4 people.
