Great hotel we always stay here when in Zagreb. Friendly staff, great food and staff at +More bar within hotel (club sandwich a must try) for a casual drink and food. Walkable to centre. 100% recommended

Amazing stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. As a loyal Bonvoy member, this hotel did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the spacious room, the wellness centre with three saunas and a pool, the ease of walkability to the old town and down town. The staff were super lovely and very welcoming. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The only downfall is you can see the wear and tear of the place and needs renovations which are being done gradually. But that doesn’t take away from how lovely the stay was. Definitely book here if you’re in Zagreb.

They don’t have enough staff on reception. Initially one person at checkout time. Who was a trainee. Check in wasn’t much better. We had to ask the concierge to get more staff out. Then they kept coming and going, doing nothing for another 5 minutes. Also couldn’t get laundry done on a Tuesday.

An immaculate modern comfortable hotel a 5 min walk to the center of the city, trains & buses with impeccable service at an incredible good price. Maja at the front desk was fantastic as were both drivers the hotel arranged to take us to and from the airport. Great gym, pool, buffet breakfast. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in the future.

We had a fantastic 5-star stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The location is excellent—just a short 10-minute walk to Ban Jelačić Square, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The hotel offers great amenities; we especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and spa area, all of which were well-maintained and relaxing. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was both convenient and offered a nice variety of options. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We liked it so much that we booked another night for the day before our departure back to the U.S. Would absolutely stay here again!

Good central location in Zagreb with nice modern rooms and good facilities. Check in was slow and I wanted to pay with cash on arrival which I was told I couldn’t and that I had to give a card to hold the room then I paid with cash on check out when I would have preferred not to have had that cash in my room for my stay,didn’t make sense and reception staff not too friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast spread had a wide variety to choose from along with halal options, if one is looking for them. The pool and spa facilities were excellent, specially for hot summer days to relax in the afternoon. Location was good and walkable distance from every where. I would recommend this place!
