This is a beautiful property out in the country with a beautiful view and a perfect place to stay. We were able to easily prepare a supper for my husband’s brother and wife in a wonderful kitchen. I was able to be the chef and still drink wine and join in the conversation. Bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate. A perfect place to stay.

Einfach alles TOP! Sehr netter Vermieter Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, besser geht nicht. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit Weitsicht und den Golfplatz. Für Golfbegeisterte wie wir es sind, ein Highlight. Freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus.

Ein Spitzen Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen im Schwarzwald

Die „Unterkunft“ ist ein, von einem Architekten geplantes und auf hohem Niveau umgesetztes und durchdachtes Gesamtkonzept, das nichts vermissen ließ. Für vier Personen findet man ein lichtdurchflutetes, modernes Ferienhaus über zwei Etagen, das sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Für zwei Personengruppen a zwei Personen lässt es individuelle Spielräume und bietet auch genügend Möglichkeiten, um innen und außen eine entspannte Ferienzeit zu erleben. Die Plätze auf der Terrasse, aber auch Blicke aus der oberen Etage bieten Weitsicht von einem Hochplateau auf die Berggruppen des Schwarzwaldes, der per Motorisierung auch in rund 15 minutiger Fahrt erreicht und bei Bedarf durchfahren werden kann. Man fühlt sich hier im Quartier nicht von den Berggruppen eingeengt und hat trotzdem die Möglichkeit, bei Bedarf und wenn man es will, ein Schwarzwaldfeeling, ohne großen Aufwand zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung im Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine hervorragend ausgerüstete Küche. Geschirr, Besteck und andere Küchenutensilien sind reichlich in guter Qualität vorhanden, so dass man nicht nach jedem Gebrauch die Spülmaschine in Betrieb setzten muss. Der morgendliche, wählbare Brötchendienst (ohne Servicesaufschlag) klappt vorbildlich und auch sonst, kann man die Freundlichkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit der Betreiber nur hervorheben.

Traumhafte Lage, moderne Einrichtung und Entspannung pur!

Wir waren für 6 Tage auf den Immenhöfen in Haus A untergebracht. Schon die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief unproblematisch, der Vermieter war sehr nett. Bei der Ankunft half Herr Frese uns, die Ferienhäuser zu finden, da die Zufahrt ein wenig versteckt ist und die Ferienhäuser leider nicht ausgeschildert sind (zumindest haben wir keine Beschilderung entdecken können). Machte aber nichts - ein Anruf genügte, und Herr Frese kam heraus, um uns zu den Häusern zu navigieren. Mit Maske und Sicherheitsabstand führte Herr Frese uns durch das Haus und erklärte uns alles Wichtige. Es stand sogar direkt am Eingang Desinfektionsmittel im Haus parat - sehr löblich! Den Brötchenservice nahmen wir gerne in Anspruch, so hatten wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor der Tür. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gehoben und modern, allein die Küche ist ein kleiner Traum. Hier lässt es sich sehr gut erholen, die Aussicht auf den nahen Hochschwarzwald über die Baarebene trugen ihr Übriges bei. Die gesamte Einrichtung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, eines der Schlafzimmer ist sogar mit einem Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Von anderen Bewohnern (die anderen beiden Häuser standen quasi nie leer) hörten wir gar nichts. Direkt am Haus lädt ein Weg zum Spazierengehen ein. Die Stadt Donaueschingen ist in wenigen Minuten per Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Einziges Manko: Surfen mehrere Personen gleichzeitig im Internet oder schauen Youtube oder ähnliches, merkt man die niedrige Bandbreite der Internetleitung, was vermutlich aber eher der Lage geschuldet ist. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder hierher, wenn wir eine Auszeit benötigen! Vielen Dank an Herrn Frese für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
