The property is old and tired. Beach was dirty and unorganized. No wifi in rooms, guest phone did t work. A/C couldn’t keep up. Staff seem very stretched and not connected to the guest. Carlo was a shining beacon though. Helped with more than bags, he should be the concierge. He had so Mich more knowledge and willingness to help compared to the actual concierge.

The property is beautiful. The staff, very friendly. The property management appears disorganized. First they put two grown (tall women) in an adjoining room meant for children The individual sofa beds were so small they would not be able to turn over in bed. The room rate was 350.00 Canadian dollars. Only after a lengthy discussion with the Assistant Manager he found another room. He said it was a “miracle” he found the available room. They were to let us know when the room was ready and they would transfer the luggage. Never happened. We had to go down to the front desk and remind them. On another note, the buffet dinner (45 euros) was poor in terms of quality and variety. Hard to imagine you had to pay extra for coffee or tea. Such a beautiful property, just needs a little more attention to detail by management.

Very nice and relaxing resort-style hotel. Green gardens and lots of flowers. Clean rooms, good beds. Activities such as tenniscourt, gym and yoga/pilatesclasses included, not so many classes per week though (maybe because it’s October). A beach close by, with sunbeds for hotel guests. Nicer beaches close by if you have a car. Pool was big with lots of sunbeds and a fantastic view over the gardens and the tower at the beach. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from, such as freshly pressed orange juice , omelettes and a lot of different pastries/cakes. A bit noisy though, and some things lacking when we arrived later. There were either a dinner buffet or an a la carte restaurant but didn’t try any of them. Walking distance to a couple of other restaurants but not so many options in the area as we thought it would be. There were free WiFi in public areas but not automatically in the room, good idea with a digital detox, but a bit unpractical. It can easily be arranged though if you ask for it in the reception. Definitely recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday.

Sehr schöne, kleinere Hotelanlage mit wunderschöner Gartenanlage. Schön eingebettet in die Landschaft, sehr grosser Pool, in dem man wirklich schwimmen kann. Sehr hübsche Meeresbucht. Alles sehr gepflegt und Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Essen ist Buffetstyle, aber viel Auswahl, gute Qualität und abwechslungsreich. Das Spezialitätenrestaurant ist sehr gut und es lohnt sich, es auszuprobieren - sehr kreative Küche.

Positiv war das Essen und die weitläufige Anlage an sich. Negativ waren die die vielen Handtücher am Strand und das Liegen reservieren am Pool sowie am Strand. Wenn jeder nur ein Handtuch erhalten würde, wer das nachhaltig und das Liegen reservieren wäre auch vorbei. Von der Weinkarte waren nur die Hälfte vorhanden. Leider zu viele Hunde.

Das Resort ist schön und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Zudem war der Service und auch das Essen im a la Carte Restaurant La Gardiana gut. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die wir bemängeln müssen: -Das Personal war manchmal freundlich, manchmal überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend -Der Strand hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, da er überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprach. Er wird als privat angepriesen, rundrum sind allerdings viele andere Personen mit ihren Tüchern und Schirmen. Zudem kann man nur in einem kleinen abgesperrten Bereich liegen, wo die Liegen max. 20cm Abstand haben. Es kam einem vor wie in einem Kaninchenstall. Zudem hat es viele Algen am Strand. Es wurde aber erklärt, dass diese geschützt ist und zum Ökosystem dazugehört. -Am Pool werden morgens um 9 Uhr die Liegen reserviert und wenn man nicht mitmacht, hat man keine Chance später einen Platz zu bekommen. Es gibt auch keine Regelung, dass länger nicht benutzte Liegen z.B. nach einer gewissen Zeit geräumt werden.

Struttura molto bella, sia per la camera che per gli spazi comuni, e immersa nel verde. Ottimo servizio e qualità di colazione e cena (a buffet). Unica pecca la spiaggia, che non é tra le più belle in zona soprattutto in caso di mare un pó mosso e vento..ma comunque molto comoda con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione (eventualmente la spiaggia vicina é molto bella e raggiungibile a piedi)

Leider ist der Strand so schön auf den Bildern dargestellt, aber statt Sand hat man mehr getrocknetes Seegras am Strand und wenn es windet kleben diese direkt am Körper nachdem man im Wasser war. Zudem ist der Strand (leider kein Transfer) nur in einer 15-20 minütigen Wanderung zu erreichen und somit für ältere Personen in der Hitze nicht zu empfehlen. Auch innerhalb der Anlage steile Wege zu den Zimmern. Am Strand zu wenig Liegen und nicht sehr komfortabel. Das einzige gute im Hotel war das Frühstück- ansonsten leider nicht zu empfehlen für den Preis!
