Large refurbished house in central village location

A typical Charente village 10 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from Ile de Ré, Dompierre sur Mer offers the peace and quiet of a new house, a garden, a large terrace and a free parking space on the garden side.

Close to all amenities, the accommodation is ideal for families or friends, for a short stay or week(s).

La Rochelle can be reached by bike in 40-50 min via the canal, which is fully cycle-tracked.

Ground floor: large living room, kitchen with island. Direct access to terrace with large parasol, outdoor table and small garden.

Upstairs, shower room with toilet, four large bedrooms:
Ch1: double bed 140x190, closet

Ch4: three 90x190 beds, closet

Please bring your own sheets, towels and beach towels, as we do not provide them.

L'hôte est très sympathique et son accueil chaleureux. Le maison est aussi jolie que sur les photos. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous avons pu profiter des vélos qui sont dans la location pour aller à La Rochelle, c'est très agréable. La maison est bien placée : centre bourg avec jardin très calme, boulangerie en face de la maison, et 10 à 15mn pour rejoindre La Rochelle. Nous avons passé une belle semaine !

Nous avons eu me bonheur d'inaugurer le logement. Nous avons eu un tres bon accueil. Le propriétaire a le souci que tout le monde se sente à l'aise et comme chez lui, pari réussi! Le gite est confortable et bien équipé. Petits et grand ont trouvé tout ce dont ils pouvaient avoir besoin. Merci pour l'accueil et au plaisir de revenir
