Vous pourrez profiter d'une habitation individuelle de 80m2 avec une belle hauteur sous plafond, le tout refait à neuf avec le charme et l'élégance de la pierre apparente. Vous bénéficierez d'une belle pièce à vivre avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine équipée et aménagée avec lave-vaisselle et four. Une salle de bain avec lave-linge et sèche serviette. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double en 140cm pour deux personnes et une mezzanine avec deux lits simples en 80cm chacun qu'il est possible de rassembler pour former un couchage en 160cm, une occultation avec des rideaux est possible pour un meilleur confort. Le tout sur un jardin arboré, commun avec les propriétaires. Un salon de jardin est à disposition, un bel espace pour profiter du calme, du soleil et des poules en liberté.

Le plus de la location : Jolie bâtisse, dans un cadre calme idéal pour des vacances dans un lieu remplis de charme. Proche (15 mins) de la mer et tous commerces à proximité. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

Les équipements sont très très bien mais le principal nous a manqué : aucune ouverture dans les espaces nuit empêchant tt courant d air, une odeur très persistante de « renfermé » qui gâche fortement le logement et enfin, l accès des propriétaires se faisant devant le logement et donnant directement sur les 2 seules ouvertures; cela limite l intimité de cette location…. C est dommage car les équipements sont superbes…

Très belle maison de pierre

Bel endroit pour se ressourcer très proche de la Rochelle. La maison est une belle demeure en pierre, bien agencée où on s'y sent bien avec quelques poules attachantes qui vous tiennent compagnie. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. Nous sommes revenus enchanté de notre séjour. Merci
