Des atouts mais nombreux points à revoir

Cette location a de très bons atouts Environnement calme, distance de la plage, petit jardin sans vis-à-vis Par contre celle-ci n’est pas du tout préparée avec attention pour les locataires ce qui nous fait dire que nous sommes loin du critère hôte premium spécifié dans l’annonce. Nous n’avons pas compris non plus ni la note de 5/5 ni la mention rénovée précisées également dans l’annonce. De nombreux points sont à améliorer et corriger Qualité de la literie, de la vaisselle, équipement de la salle de bains et aménagements Si l’objectif est d’obtenir une note de 5/5 rapidement nous pourrons citer en détail les points à revoir Merci à l’équipe de Foncia d’avoir pu régler rapidement certains problèmes (Couette changée) Nous avons néanmoins passé de bonnes vacances à l’ile d’Oléron
