I've been here for a business trip and spent a whole week in. We had a small but clean room, although beds were quite narrow and windows were small. Staff was nice and happy to help, and the hotel prepared very nice, warm food in the afternoons with open-buffet. Well done for that lasagne! ;)
When I stayed there, some homeless and drunkyards were hanging around the entrance. The front desk staff was rude. Cleanliness was ok, the bathroom was ok and room too, both had a decent size. Room was rather quiet. There were no shop around, beside a petrol station and a McDonald's.
We've used Campanile due weekends promotion of the associated hotel (1-star). For the extra 20 PLN, we upgraded our booking to this 3-star accommodation. The hotel is located 30 minutes walk from the Market Square or 10 min by tram, bus, (stop just outside the hotel). A central train and bus stations and no more than 10 min walk away. It's a perfect choice for commuters. There is also parking available for guests. Rooms are clean and spacious with free Wi-Fi. Beds large and comfy. The bathroom would need small re-decor (moulded shower tray). Breakfast tasty with the wide selection of food. A Staff was polite and helpful. Late check-out (18:00) available at no extra charge. In general, it's a modern hotel with the great location offering good value.
Maybe it's not a spectacular place to stay in but just for few nights is great, specially for business people I suppose. It's clean, tidy, staff is very helpful. Most of them speak English at communicative level, but receptionist little bit struggled to explain to my husband why he needs to pay on a check in, so she was very happy to hear I can speak polish and translate for her. Waiters are much better with languages and have good knowledge about menu. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for dinner more then one time because menu is quite boring and there's lots of places in walking distance that offer food cheaper and the same or better quality. Room wise it's a very good place - tv working well, air conditioning as well, but here you need to be careful, because power turns of when you leave the room. Also do not leave charging things expecting full battery when you come back because it's not gonna happen. If getting a room for two people ask for two keys if one of you may leave for few minutes, because as above - no power, so you will stay in darkness. Bathroom perfectly clean, bed comfortable. Internet signal on our first visit was quite slow in our room, but my husband wrote feedback to them and next time we got room where signal was perfectly fine, so there is a will of improvement.
First impression on the hotel was good... no far from cicy centre, modern reception area room was modern, friendly staff and everything felt new. However when looked at the towels they were ripped! so called reception to get a new one and I'm told "there's no staff you need to come down..." a bit annoying as I was all ready to take a shower. When I go down there are 3 staff member at the front desk! In addition bed sheets were not even big enough to cover the bed (bed was rather small too). ... I could go on in term of turn off for this hotel but as you can see from my review I am quite positive person! To sum up only book if you get a great price if not I'd be ready to pay a premium...hope you find this useful
Extremely helpful and nice people. tasty breakfast with a wide choice... very good price. free wifi. I liked my room, quite big actually, it was also clean, what bothered me only a bit was a strange smell our of the pipes in bathroom. Only 10 min by tram to old square ... and the tram stop opposite to the hotel. Definitely recommend of you plan to visit Wroclaw.
I had a very pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel within this wonderful city. The room was functional, clean and comfortable. Staff were both helpful and pleasant. There is free street parking available outside. Good breakfast; though a little limited on choice. Would definitely recommend.
It's a new nice hotel. It is situated not far from the centre, you can reach it on foot in 10 minutes! Room is clean airy and very light. The staff is friendly and ready to help if you have problems. Breakfasts are perfect, tasty and healthy. Everyone will find smth up to his tastes! Recommend this hotel!
When I arrived ladies at reception were very nice and helpful. My room was a little bit disappointing- Dirty marks on wall and holes in towels, tv signal with problems. Good wifi!!! . Close To supermarket kaufland but 30-40 min walk to town or 15 min by bus! Taxi To town costs around 20 pln.
Well located - 15 min walk from main shopping centre / 25 mins walk old town/ next door to Aqua Park. Excellent wifi. Super clean. Staff helpful. Room smallish but comfortable enough. Tea/coffee in room. Excellent restaurant for lunch/dinner. Good value for money. Would stay again for practical stopover.
