3 bedroom with off road parking for 2 cars ,sleep up to 5 adults or family of 6. One family room with double and single bed, and one twin room on the top floor, and a very small single room{full size bed} which is on the lower floor. The lounge/kitchen-dinner are split level and open plan. Bathroom with shower over bath on the top floor and 2nd wc on lower floor. Play barn with table tennis, pool table and table football and can be used to store bikes etc .We do allow a dog but there is a charge , we do have dogs, a cat and sheep, so should be under control at all times and never left in house or garden alone. Garden has stock fencing ,seating and B Q for your use. We are only 6 miles from sea side town of Barmouth, and just 3 miles from Market town of Dolgellau.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
