This charming apartment (with sat-TV, WI-FI) on the first floor of a Palazzo from the 17th century has nice ceilings and antique Italian tiles and door frames. It enchants through its mix of styles from antique furniture and lamps and modern art. Casa Brambilla has an eat-in kitchen w/sofa (bed if needed), a bedroom with master bed and a bathroom w/bathtub and bidet. In the 250 m2 garden you will find loungers, umbrella, table, chairs and a grill for the apartment under a nice palm tree. Sometimes, you share the garden with the tenants of a second holiday apartment. There is an extra bicycle cellar.

Perfect!

Lovely lttle apartment in wonderful old town, with great choice of restaurants and bars.. Conveniently located for access to mountains (walks, villages, cycling) and to beaches. Friendly, helpful proprietor, who speaks excellent Engljsh. Loved it!

Eine wunderschöne nicht zu kleine Ferienwohnung, gut heizbar, ideal, um dort auch im Winter einmal Urlaub zu machen! Das Ein- und Aus-Checken verlief ohne Komplikationen, sehr freundliche Vermieterin! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war allerdings äußerst kompliziert und in keinster Weise zufriedenstellend.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für den Urlaub zu zweit

Zunächst das Highlight: der Garten ist ein Traum, groß, schattig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt - unser Lieblingsrestaurant Maibon und der gemütliche Dorfplatz in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock hat ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit guten Bett. Bad und Küche sind einfach aber sehr zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Bisschen schwierig ist es, in der Nähe einen Gassi-Weg zu finden, aber unsere Hündin hat sich abends beim Spielen im großen Garten ausgetobt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Appartment mit Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alte Möbel und Gemälde an den Wänden und der kühle Steinboden sorgen für eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Parkplatz und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar, das Meer und die Berge sind gleich gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Gegend bietet so viele Attraktionen von Kultur, Shopping, Sport über einmalige Naturerlebnisse, dass man mehrere Wochen bräuchte um alles gesehen zu haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gemütliches Appartment im Herzen Dolcedos

Dieses gemütliche Appartment im Herzen des malerischen Ortes Dolcedos liegt in Laufweite zu den Geschäften, Cafes und Restaurants. Dank des schönen und gepflegten Gartens ist die Atmosphäre dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Zahlreiche antike Einrichtungsgegenstände runden den positven Gesamteindruck ab. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Eine volle Empfehlung :-)

Woonkamer heeft maar 1 goede fauteuil. De bedbank zit niet lekker. keuken is goed voorzien. Bed redelijk. De buren zijn af en toe behoorlijk luidruchtig. Tuin fantastisch.

Nette Ferienwohnung im mittelalterlichen Dorf

Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG eines sehr alten Hauses. Dolcedo ist ein mittelalterliches Dorf in Berglage, somit ist das Parken des PKW direkt am Haus nicht möglich. Wir haben ca. 300m entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt. Das bedeutet: Auto schnell ent- oder beladen und gleich umsetzen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Die Küchenausstattung reicht für zwei Personen gerade so aus. Wir haben immer gleich alles abgewaschen und in dem Abtropfschrank über der Spüle das Geschirr trocknen lassen. Die Lösung mit dem Holzpelletofen in der Wohnküche ist recht gut. Wir mussten ihn abends einschalten, weil es recht kühl wurde. In zwei Wochen haben wir etwa 15kg Holzpellets benötigt und dafür im Baumarkt €4,- bezahlt - das ist i.O. . Leider ist der Ofen z.T. recht laut, weil sich ein oder mehrere Gebläse darin befinden. In dem breiten Bett ohne Besucherritze schläft man sehr gut. Wir hatten die Bettwäsche gleich mitbestellt und das Bett war freundlicherweise bei unserer Ankunft schon bezogen. Einziger Negativpunkt war die technische Ausstattung: Im Schlafzimmer war eine Steckdose gebrochen und fiel fast auseinander. Das ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko. Über der Badewanne (mit Duschvorhang) ist eine Steckdose, ich hoffe, sie war abgeklemmt, ansonsten ist das auch sehr riskant. Der Staubsauger hatte überhaupt keine Saugleistung und war wahrscheinlich deshalb schon an der Düse völlig mit Staub zugesetzt. Die Kaffeemaschine brauchte ewig, um das Kaffeewasser durchlaufen zu lassen. Von dem WLAN sollte man auch nicht viel erwarten. Erst nach Einsatz eines Repeaters war die Verbindung i.O., die Bits und Bytes kamen jedoch eher tröpfchenweise und in der zweiten Woche fast gar nicht mehr. Wir hatten uns dann entschlossen, über dass Datenpaket meines Smartphones den Kontakt zur Außenwelt aufrecht zu erhalten und einen mobilen Hotspot einzurichten. Ansonsten war es aber ein sehr erlebnisreicher Urlaub mit richtig gutem Wetter und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Sehr nette und gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung !!

Gute Lage in Dolcedo ( alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar ) Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmässig.WLAN könnte einen Repeater vertragen ( wer's braucht ;-) ) Wenn noch ein Moskitoschutz überall angebracht wird ( wie angesprochen ) ist es ein tolles Feriendomizil. Insgesamt eine empfehlendswertes wohlfühl Urlaubsreich !!
