This charming apartment on the first floor of an old Italian Palazzo enchants with its high arched ceilings, a large sun patio with a stunning view of the medieval village and the surrounding olive groves. Casa Poulette has a spacious dining area with a cozy sofa corner, 3 big bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment excites our guests through its mixture of antique Italian furniture and chandeliers and modern art. The garden and patio with Mediterranean plants have a large dining table and chairs made of teak wood, a Tuscan sun umbrella, chairs and a grill.

Die saubere und gepflegte Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag braucht, die Betten haben ein guten Komfort, die herrliche Terrasse mit Blick ins Dorf schenkte uns wunderbare Augenblicke. Frau Böttger war hilfsbereit und entgegenkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Freude mit Fröschen

In einem der zahllosen Tälern, die das Regenwasser zur Ligurischen Küste hinunterspülen, liegt ein freundlich-malerisches Dorf genannt Dolcedo, wo die Starre und die Frösche abends den Takt angeben. Neben der Kirche, die sich sechsstöckig - falls wir richtig mitgezählt haben - aus den Tümpeln des leise rauschenden Flüsschens erhebt, läuten die Kröten den Sonnenuntergang ein, während die Stare um den Campanile ihre pfeifende Kreise drehen. Zum Aperitivo ein Muß von der Terrasse dieser großzügigen, im fin de siecle Stil ausgestatteten Beletage zu geniessen. Küche und Bad sind eher schlicht aber ausreichend, aber der Herd ist groß genug, ein Spanferkel samt Beilagen zu garen. Tagsüber lohnt sich ein Rundgang über die malerisch gezirkelten Bogenbrücken, gerade breit genug für Esel und Besitzer, die vermutlich schon seit mehreren hundert, wenn nicht tausend Jahren immer wieder instand gesetzt wurden. Die Vermieterin ist hilfsbereit und freundlich, die in der Wohnung ausliegenden Infos sehr ausführlich, inklusive lokale Metzgerei und Bar, lohnende Restaurants und Olivenölquellen - der Weg zu den Stränden ist auch nicht weit.

Eine tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung übertrifft die Internetbeschreibung. Eine wunderbare Lage und gute Ausstattung. Ausgesprochen freundlicher, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt und Service. Der einzige Grund abzuraten ist, meine Sorge, dass sie bei meiner nächsten Buchung bereits belegt ist. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Auch im Dezember ein perfekter Ort

"Casa Poulette" ist eine wirklich große und großzügige Altbauwohnung mit wertvollem antiken Mobiliar. Zur Wohnung gehört eine sehr große Terrasse mit Esstisch, einer Hollywoodschaukel, großen Pflanzen, vor allem aber dem Blick auf das romantische mittelalterliche Dorf, den Fluss mit seinen uralten Wassermühlen sowie auf die umliegenden Hügel und Dörfer. Sie war, trotz Dezembers, sehr gut geheizt. Die Lage ist zentral, man hat kurze Wege zum Bäcker, Schlachter, kleinen Lebensmittelladen und Geldautomaten. Auch verschiedene, sehr gute Restaurants, Pizzerien und Bars sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach wenigen Schritten erreicht man die die Gegend prägenden Olivenhaine - ein lohnendes Ziel für Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen zu den nächsten Dörfern. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Nähe zum Meer. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto (oder dem Bus, der 20 m vom Haus entfernt hält) dort. Auf der ehemaligen Bahntrasse kann man parallel zum Meer Radfahren oder Wandern und die schönen mediterranen Städtchen wie Imperia, Alassio oder Albenga besuchen. Die äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, die selbst weiter oben im Tal leben, geben gerne zuverlässige Tipps. Wir kommen sicher schon bald wieder.

Perfekte Lage für viele Ausflugsziele

Die Ferienwohnung war ausreichend groß und hatte eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Der Innenhof und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine war ein zusätzliches Plus. Die Umgebung ist sehr romantisch, besonders die kleinen Gassen in Dolcedo. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die zu kleine Dusche, die Bettmatratzen und die Größe der Betten (zu klein). Auch ein unbedingt notwendiger Mückenschutz an den Fenstern fehlte!

Schöne Blicke

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Frühjahr in Dolcedo, bisher waren es immer die Herbstferien, in denen ich in Dolcedo bzw. der näheren Umgebung zu Gast war. In dieser Wohnung war es nun schon der zweite Aufenthalt nach 2014. Positiv ist die gute zentrale Lage, die dadurch bedingten guten Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten im Ort. Ganz besonders gefiel uns jetzt im Frühling die Sonnenterrasse. Mitte April scheint sie dort bis 19 Uhr. Wer zum Frühstück schon die Sonne haben will, geht in den Garten :-) Dieser ist auch hübsch anzusehen, genutzt haben wir ihn leider nicht, ebenso wie die Grillmöglichkeiten, die es auf der Terrasse sowie im Garten gibt. Zurück in die Wohnung: Alle Betten sind bequem, die Räumlichkeiten großzügig, mit schönen Bildern dekoriert und die Wohnung zu sechst gut bewohnbar (wir waren zu dritt - jeder einen Schlafraum). Luft nach oben vielleicht bei der Küche, wobei an Werkzeugen sogar alles da ist, sogar die Salatschleuder, aber der Geschirrspüler... Fehlt leider (noch?) Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung von netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Gerne wieder.
