Charmerende hotel

Vi havde en dejlig dag i Dokkum. Virkelig fin by og hotellet er helt centralt. Vi købte en p-plads i gården. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad var lækkert. Kan varmt anbefale dette sted.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. We werden direct ontvangen toen we naar binnen liepen en de receptie liep met ons mee naar de kamer. De kamer was prachtig! Een heel fijn verblijf. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en goed verzorgd. Bij het uitchecken kregen we een flesje water en een kleinigheidje, ontzettend attent. Ik had mijn oplader laten liggen, maar werd gelijk door de receptie gebeld dus die kon ik gelukkig nog ophalen. Al met al hebben we het enorm naar onze zin gehad!

Fantastisch, kregen ook nog eens een upgrade naar de spa suite. Echt fantastische kamer, onze zoon was er ook echt weg van. We hebben echt genoten.

Mooie locatie, hotel wel gehorig. Jammer dat de bestelling van het ontbijt tot 2 x toe niet klopte. Ook de rekening was niet juist, parkeren onterecht Berend. Prijs ontbijt ook niet juist, kon geen bedankje af voor het aangeven van het te lage tarief. Bij optellen van de nota bleek wederom parkeerkosten op de nota te staan!

Het personeel en de ontvangst was allervriendelijkst en zeer behulpzaam. De accommodatie was picobello in orde. Smaakvolle inrichting van het geheel, zowel binnen als buiten. Het samengaan van oud gebouw en nieuwe eigentijdse materialen is stijlvol toegepast. Het diner en ontbijt waren prima. Kortom, een heerlijk en ontspannen verblijf in een weldadig aandoende omgeving. Proficiat!!
