From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, helped with my bags, and even asked about my journey. They explained everything clearly — from dining times to the pool, spa, and other amenities. One of the team members, Arun, went above and beyond. He gave me detailed guidance on what to do around the area, the best timings for activities, and even let me know that if I ordered anything via the Talabat app, the hotel could deliver it directly to my room. The service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and because it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with extra drinks and a small cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Arun, who made sure I had the best experience both inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

First of all what a delight it was to stay here. Its like a boutique hotel but not quite boutique. Nice and quite. I have stayed in other hotels in Doha but this certainly has a unique experience. The staff were amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and did there jobs to the highest standards.
