State I stayed there for the night. The room was not well equipped with the electrical receptacle. There was none along with the bed which is very much needed for charging these cell phones or connecting the CPAP machine. There was no amenities holders or place to put in the shower area. I requested for a extension board but was provided electrical adapter instead. The only good thing was the front desk, especially there was a gentleman name Ali He's a great guy served as well and also helped us in finding some places to roam around.

"The hotel features good-sized rooms, some with a single chair and others with a spacious sofa and chair. Rooms with sofas offer more ample space. Many rooms boast stunning ocean views, although some have smaller windows. The bathrooms are well-equipped, typically featuring both a tub and a separate shower. Greated with open arms!

My family and I arrived at the hotel 4 hours before the check-in. We were greeted by Soukayna and one of her colleagues and that moment I knew that our stay at the hotel would be amazing! They went above and beyond to get us in a room asap, non-smoking, a rollaway bed placed in the room, and on top of all that, they upgraded us to an executive room. Free valet parking was great as well. Very fast, and the guys were friendly. We did a lot of dine in services since my mom was not feeling her best. First night, they managed to get our food within the 30-minute window. Fahad brought our food up. He is a very polite young man, and I noticed he likes things, perfect, neat, and paid attention to detail. Even when picking up the empty plates, he was gentle and cleaned up our table spotlessly. Second night food took over an hour, and the guy that came to pick up our empty plates was rough and did not clean our table. Crumbs and soup were left on the table. Third night waited over an hour for our food, and I had ordered 2 shrimp plates, but only one came up. Had to wait for the second plate. I put in an order of soup, and that wasn't showing up until an hour later, so we didn't want it anymore. Breakfast was really good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would pick this hotel over and over again because of Soukayna and Fahad, which they gave us that welcoming feeling like we were family. They definitely need a promotion with a big raise! Can not wait to come back!
