The staff was friendly. However... Absolutely not a 5* hotel... 3* at best with just the attitude of 5. The sauna facility is ok... except one extreme rudeness... the female staff come and go at will from the men's locker room... I complained and was told this was normal.. they had to do it, no choice. absurd! several coffee shops near by, ignore the in-house coffee... ridiculous

The air quality in the general area is poor due to smoking in the lobby and the air fresher
Stayed for a week, they changed my room to upper level after I complained about a loud noise coming from the room next to me. The new room was awesome and had better view .. The staff are super friendly , special thanks to Jane.. I'll most probably stay there again
It serves soft drinks only they were work inside the hotel lots of noise from machines
