This Kempinski property was nice, similar to other Kempinski properties I stayed at. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool/beach, dining facilities were all nice. Ishan, the chef at breakfast, went out of his way to whip up strawberry yogurt once he found out I was allergic to mango. What this property lacks is good service from Concierge, the Butler, and Phone Operator. The Butler was no where to be seen during my stay. The Phone Operator answered my calls 4-5 mins of the phone ringing. Conceirge took 30 minutes minimum to come to my room on multiple occasions when I needed help carrying stuff. For a 5-Star property, this is highly unacceptable and just ruined my mood whenever it occurred. If the property is short staffed, they need to hire more ppl so the guests don’t feel the pinch.
