Nice hotel with clean and tidy rooms. My wife and myself enjoyed our 2 night stay there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also we liked a breakfast buffet which is served in a main restaurant. Thank you!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good restaurants. Did not like the very noise group of local jet ski's in front of the hotel almost every afternoon and evening. We booked the club rooms which was very nice: relax breakfast and drinks and snacks in the evening.

Stayed for 4 days her. Lovely hotel with a premium feel. Not quite At the highest ’Dubai’ standards but much better than the U.K. checkin in very good and efficient with a lovely lobby area. Rooms nice all with balconies. Breakfast superb at the Santa Monica (I think it was called y much the best part of the hotel we felt due to the variety and service. Thai restaurant also nice with an option to eat outside if you desire with a nice view of the skyscrapers outside. Pool area was poor but in fairness was going through a bit of a spruce up. Drinks are extortionate. I totally get the price hike on an alcoholic drink but did it really need to cost me £30 for a can of coke! And orange juice and a cup of tea. Why do they need to charge so much for a coke for example. £8! Cheapest bottle of wine....£35 and in a muslim country I get it! But can someone explain the Coca Cola price? 50 pence outside th hotel by the way. Location a little out of the way for the souk and corniche key tourist attractions but taxis are very cheap and available all over. Don’t walk anywhere in Qatar by the way. It’s a complete shambles where the car is priority and pedestrians rarely considered in the city development department! Seriously, crossing the road is like a game of crossy roads with serious consequences for getting it wrong! Beach area lovely by the way. Also gorgeous are the gardens. Occasional jet ski noise but nothing too bad. Silly prices extend to the beach area also for drinks. All in all it’s a tale of two halves. Lovely inside. Poor outside around the pool but no doubt this will improve as the repairs are completed.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a week visiting while my daughter. Stayed in a room with club lounge access which I cannot recommend highly enough. Breakfast between 6am and 11 am is varied, good quality and in abundance. Between 6pm and 8pm the lounge serves alcoholic beverages to suit anyone's needs as well as a cocktail of the evening, alongside this there is an endless supply of canapés served.would recommend.

I'm staying in the Grand Hyatt for a month for the start of my new Job in Doha. Absolutely love it over here: very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice gym, nice rooms with a lot of sports channels, nice bath and shower en very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and long term stay. Only negative experience I have had was a (short) fire alarm in the middle of the night. Off course this is rare and fortunately not serious, but costed me half a night sleep. However, great hotel and very happy to stay here another 2 extra weeks!

Great hotel and very spacious. Well situated close to the Pearl with an excellent choice of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. immediately opposite a shopping mall and complex with great places to eat.

We choosed Grand Hyatt hotel with 2 kids for 8 daya but this hotel beach is totally unsafe because of the jet skis. They are really fast and race around the people's swiming area also very close to the beach. We can't swim here unfortunatelly and hotel management can't do anything just watching. We are just sitting at the beach on sand that is all what we do :( I am really sorry to be here.....

We had a perfect stay with our two small children. Great suite, great breakfast, great amenities (complimentary m&m's and jellybeans for the kids 👍) Extra thanks to mrs Rebecca and mr Karan. Next time we come to Doha we will definitely be staying with you again!

Thursday nights will never be same again. The ladies night at Dunes at Grand Hyatt was just top notch. The complimentary drinks menu for the ladies was just perfect, my favorite cocktail was Lychenburg Lemonade. The music by DJ Whittaylor was electric. To all the staff at Dunes, a big Thank you. Your cocktail’s were just perfect. I can not fault them. So ladies head over to Dunes every Thursday evening and you will not regret it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for the drinks menu. Myself my husband and our 12 yr old son stayed 8 nights in this hotel as we were visiting our other son who is living in Doha. From the moment we pulled up in the taxi from the airport we were treated like royalty. We were given a pool view suite but there was minor construction being carried out and it was noisy early in the morning. When I mentioned this at reception they had absolutely no hesitation in offering to move us. Our new suite had a fantastic sea veiw and was amazing to look out at every morning. Our suite was spacious and spotless and housekeeping called twice every day to make sure we had every thing we needed. We had lounge access and had a breakfast included in our rate that was fit for a king. Fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot freshly cooked eggs etc. There was also snacks in the evening. It was superb. The beach and grounds were well tended and beautiful to stroll around. The pools were luxurious and the pool attendants looked after all your needs. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful and went above their duty every day of our stay. The hotel is in a great location. It's right beside the pearl and the Lagoona Mall shopping centre. We were so happy we chose to stay in this hotel. It made our visit to our son extra special. Well done Grand Hyatt. You should be proud of yourself.
