We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha Qatar, from beginning to end. We received assistance by the front staff in assisting us with local transportation to granting us a late departure from hotel. Great location, several inhouse restaurants. From check in to check out this hotel is 5 star. The rooms are lovely, with full marble bathrooms, deep soaker tub, large shower stall with glass enclosure, one of the most comfortable hotel beds and a large balcony. The club floor offers a fabulous breakfast with fresh fruit, top notch cheeses, eggs and omelettes, cooked to order, toast, breads, cereals, juices, coffee, tea and more. From 6-8pm the club lounge offers an abundance of snacks and sweets, as well as wine and cocktails. And the service is impeccable and friendly. The pool area features multiple pools, ample lounge chairs and towel service. The onsite Italian restaurant features amazing wood-fired pizzas. The entire complex is beautiful, from the double story main lobby area with its detailed, carved wood ceiling and baby grand piano to the well manicured grounds. The concierge was so accommodating, with good information and a helpful attitude. A first class experience overall.
