Room wasnt ready when I arrived so was put in 2 seperate rooms which was a bit inconvenient but this was sorted the next day. The pool area and staff are fantastic! The rooms are a little bit dated but overall for the size of the hotel the experience was good. The area around hotel is mostly offices but good transport links and supermarket and restaurants on site.

The restaurants and amenities and the close by food are good but the room service may take up to 45 mins to provide a simple order. The room is very small, the furniture is old, the whole room needs renovation, the mattress is the worst mattress I've ever seen in a hotel, it is not a hotel mattress. They are busy and that make them sometime slow in responding like I had to wait for 30 mins to get help getting my luggage down. The reception are friendly, no complaint. The hotel maybe good for a short stay but for a long stay it is better to look for something else. Internet is one of the worst Generally speaking everything outside the room is good, once you are in the room everything looks unpleasant.
