Some friends and I decided to go to Eid Brunch and we were definitely not disappointed. They had a wide variety of food to choose from and they were all delectable. We received great customer service from Beauty and Joana, they were very attentive to our needs. Marriott has one of the best brunches I have ever been to and they deserve great reviews.

The best thing in this Suhoor experience is the seafood. Shrimps, salmon! Their cakes are the best! The buffet include drinks. I like the cranberry juice. Service is very good. The hotel is a little bit old. It needs sort of renovation.

I recently completed an extended stay at the Doha Marriott so I feel that I can give a broad review of the hotels pros and cons. First the pros, the staff are excellent, always polite, well mannered and very attentive to guest needs and requirements. The hotel, as with almost everything in Qatar is kept spotless. The pool and beach area are fantastic and a great place to relax and unwind. The gym and Spa facilities were well maintained and equipped, free for hotel guests and well used and not neglected like many hotel gyms are. I found Room service and their customer care to be very good, normally responding promptly to any request and dealing with any issues that I raised very well which goes along with the excellent staff in the hotel. Now the cons, the hotel is showing it's age. Compared to other DOHA hotels it has a less modern look and feel to it. It is close to the International airport but there is nothing nearby within easy walking distance which meant taking Taxis or Uber everywhere. My room was large but the furnishings were not as modern as I would have preferred. The bathroom again was older and had a few issues, mainly poor drainage but it also showed some minor damp problems particularly in the bath/shower area. The air conditioning was good but not remote controlled which was a minor inconvenience to me. The main foyer is elegant but dated. The hotel does need updating which, having spoken to several people about it, seems to be planned for the near future. There is plenty to like about the hotel, especially the staff and poolside area but like a Grand old lady she is beginning to show her age. As for a star rating I would give 3.5 out of 5.

All you can eat and drink (alcohol included) quality was so so. They do a nice selection of fresh seafood unfortunately mine was overcooked and had no flavour. There's a nightclub here where the bar service was shockingly bad, not helpful at all

We had great time during our stay in Doha Marriott. The facilities are really good. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We enjoyed a lot. We had a large room on the 7th floor with beautiful view. If you are looking for a nice hotel to stay in Doha, go for it! You will love it !

A beautiful hotel that makes you connect instantly. Warm hospitable staff with infectious smile and an eagerness to serve! Brilliant restaurants with mouthwatering menu and world class chefs! Excellent place to stay when u r looking for a good value for money hotel.

I stayed for several nights on business and had a great stay, the hotel is very close to the airport and has several restaurants to choose from. There is a very nice pool area and even a small private beach and play park if you are travelling with children. The staff could not have been more helpful, the rooms were a very good size and some with excellent views of the sea and pool.

The Chinese restaurant Asha Live and the Maxcian restaurant Salsa are my favorites. Love the live native music, presentation of drinks are a favorite of my daughters at Salsa. Iwe can always recall the authentic Chinese flavous at Asia Live.

This hotel is getting a little tired. I understand that it will be refurbished within the next year . Very limited TV channels, more than 50 % of the channels were blank, so bring Netflix. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Highlight for me was the restaurans in the hotel. I had meatballs for lunch and they were delicious. Had dinner in the Mexican restaurant and it was a blast. They had a great band playing and a 3 for 2 offer on the beer. I had a room with a great view of the skyline. Internet worked well and the gym was ok. Beautiful pool for swimming in to cool down. The stay felt like value for money.

My neighborhood salon makes me a feel more like a princess than Doha Marriott. My friends and I decided to try out the spa service at Doha Marriott and I was pretty disappointed. I opted for the body wrap which required me to walk 20 feet away from the cabin several times to wash the product during the treatment which was not very pleasant . Most of the salons I've visited have a shower area near the cabin and some even inside the cabin which make more sense. During the treatment the thermal blanket placed over me didn't make me sweat at all. It was the first time i was trying out this treatment so i didn't know what to expect, when we got out of the spa , my friend who opted for the same service described how warm the blanket made her feel and the you are supposed to sweat all through. Obviously I was highly disappointed upon hearing that. I still gave it a 3 star because the ambiance was good, the Jacuzzi and sauna was great however the service itself was disappointing. lastly the head massage during the treatment gave me a terrible headache let alone the time i spent untangling the knots. For the price i paid, I highly doubt i would attempt going for a second opinion.
