We returned to this hotel, which we had greatly appreciated in the past. Unfortunately, we noticed that the overall attention to guests is not quite at the same level as before, and there were a few unpleasant situations at the beginning of our stay.
That said, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the Guest Relations Manager Farouk Bouyahya, who promptly and effectively stepped in to resolve everything in a smooth and efficient manner. This intervention truly made a difference to our experience.
A special thank you also goes to Othman Yousfi in the dining room: attentive to details, polite, and always available. His care and service made our meals very enjoyable.
We would also like to thank the chef Hafid, who prepared an excellent pasta — simply delicious and a true highlight of our dining experience.
Overall, our stay turned out to be positive, although with some reservations. We sincerely hope the hotel will return to the high standards of excellence we had experienced in the past.
