Staff were great and extremely helpful. Location is close to Souq Waqif and metro station. 15 mins drive from the airport. I wouldn’t have picked the breakfast here if I knew it’s so close to cheap food in the market. The food in the hotel is still decent. Now as for the hotel itself, it’s definitely not a globally recognised 5-Star hotel by far. I am commenting by world class standards. Area of improvement: Chairs are worn Shower head malfunction Balcony light is broken Kettle and coffee machine are not cleaned properly with visible stains Bathroom ventilation is bad Soundproofing is bad Water tap handle design is unfriendly, it’s not easy to turn on with wet hands Doha is a city with huge potential. I believe hitting higher standards would elevate the hotel and the city development to new heights.

AMAZING TIME in this Hotel. We love this hotel. Since We arrive the person at the front desk was friendly and nice. The rooms was great. The location is wonderful, close to everything. We really have a great time. We would like to back to Qatar and back to this hotel. We LOVE IT:)

We loved this hotel! The staff are super helpful. While the place is a little frayed in places (like our towels) the rooms and public areas are beautiful and spacious with high ceilings. The breakfast buffet is magnificent. The location is unbeatable - a couple of minutes walk to Souq Waqif or the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was super dusty, curtain in room were full of dust, completely white on the top. I could barely breathe. I reported this to house keeping the moment I got in the room. Room was not properly cleaned, there were cigarette buds in the balcony plus it was very dirty, a used dental floss and hairs on bathroom sink, and no towels. I had to wait 30mins to get towels sent to the room. Carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. I was told someone will come clean room but no one ever did. I asked to be moved around 7pm and I was moved to a room that was only a little bit better, curtains were still full of dust. The curtains in the hotel need to be removed and washed. Cleaning crew is aware of the issue since I was told if I requested to move they were just going to give me another room with the same problem. Then around 11pm I was woken up by other guests trying to enter the room. Then the hotel staff attempted to enter the room but thank god I had locked the chain. Then front desk started calling me through the phone intercom asking me why I was in that room that it showed empty. Asking me who I was in spite the fact they were saying Miss Viviana. The whole thing was a nightmare. I was offered cero compensation or apologies for this. I spent the next 4 days sick without being able to breathe well from whatever dust I had to inhaled in that room.

The breakfast was amazing, a huge variety of hot and cold, western and authentic middle eastern dishes. The egg station, allowed a choice of chef made dishes, my cheesy srambled eggs were amazing. There is also an on sute cafe, that serves amazing food. The room was huge, gorgeous views from the balcony where we could see the souq watuf, a 2 minute walk across the well lit courtyard. The beds and linens were the best ive stayed in. The hotel was well looked after and very midern. The pool was gorgeous. The staff and people in general were so incredibly friendly, literally couldn't do enough for you. Such warm and lovely people. We loved our time here and most definitely will be coming back.
