Luxury Villa Jele***** is located in a beautiful location, 3km away from the sea in a small picturesque village of Sv. Vid - Dobrinj, a green oasis for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Your whole family will enjoy it. The villa is conceived as a separate facility with its own private pool, sunbathing area and garden.

The interior of the villa is modern, comfortable and functional, the more you will find a hidden jewel (200 years old), a beautiful authentic "konoba" with a built-in fireplace on the ground floor, connected with a modern kitchen. The cozy living room and bathroom are also located on the ground floor of the villa. The upper floor is connected by internal and external stairs. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two rooms have a double bed, and the master bedroom has a double bed and one additional room with bunk beds. The house is ideal for 8 people, but can accommodate an additional child up to 12 years on the sofa bed in the living room and is perfect for families with children.

The house is built on a beautiful private property of 3000m2, which is entirely at your disposal. The estate is covered with olive trees.
Outside you have a beautiful covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area. The pool of 40m2 is surrounded by greenery and there are sun loungers and parasols at your disposal.

Property features **a playground for children** and **outdoor fitness area** with exercise equipment, so that you and your children can enjoy.
The villa is **pet friendly**. Parking is located in the yard, next to the house.

Top woning

Knap gerenoveerde woonst, mooie inrichting. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn top. Keuken net groot genoeg om te koken voor 8. Maar de BBQ kan veel overnemen. Wegens goed weer, kan ik geen beoordeling geven van de ruime eetkamer binnen. Terras, tuin en zwembad zijn mooi onderhouden en geven een instant vakantiegevoel. Vanop het terras prachtig vergezicht op het vaste land van Kroatië.

Die Villa ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit dem Willkommensgeschenk beginnt der Urlaub auch noch richtig lecker. Vom ersten Tag an fühlte man sich absolut wohl.

Sehr schön zum spazieren gehen mit Hunden.Strände,Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Frau Turcic ist sehr entgegenkommend und praktisch immer erreichbar,wenn ein Problem auftritt.Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen .
