The ground floor flat has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. A sofa bed in the living room offers space for an additional guest.
The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped, including a 4-burner ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a hand blender and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a dining area connected to the living area, where you will find a TV with satellite and cable channels and air conditioning for your comfort.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Guests have a private, furnished, covered terrace (30 m2) at their disposal, which is ideal for relaxing moments outdoors.
