This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool awaits you in close proximity to the beach.
It is located in Klimno, is spacious and has large terraces. So you have the opportunity to enjoy the morning sun outside on the first floor and the second floor. There is hardly a more beautiful start to the vacation day. From the first floor an external staircase leads to the 1st floor. The top floor, however, is reached from the second floor via an interior staircase. The swimming pool provides plenty of relaxation and fun.
The beach is right in front of the house and you can enjoy the sea air anytime. Klimno and the island of Krk have a wide range of entertainment options: Wake boarding, bike trails and go-kart tracks.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen, touristenarmen Gegend.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen ruhigen, touristenarmen Gegend. Direkt am Wasser und mit eigenem Pool, so ist für jeden was dabei. Wer Ruhe sucht, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Im Ort ist eine Bäckerei, eine Bar, ein Restaurant und ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man die notwendigen Sachen findet, für spezielle Sachen muss man ca. 15km fahren. Keine Kritik, sondern ein paar Verbesserungswünsche: die Küchenausstattung könnte mal erneuert werden, vor allem Pfannen, Messer und Besteck. Das obere Badezimmer könnte auch eine Umgestaltung vertragen. Eine Badewanne, die über drei Stufen zu erreichen ist und keinerlei Spritzschutz hat, ist nicht mehr zeitgerecht. In der Dusche im Erdgeschoss ist der Duschkopf so veraltet oder verkalkt, dass da nur ein paar Wasserstrahlen rauskommen. Auch die Küche im oberen Stock ist veraltet und nur mit Gläsern ausgestattet und somit total überflüssig. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden. Ein negativer Punkt waren aber die lästigen Ameisen. Die nicht nur draußen, sondern auch im Haus in überflüssiger Menge vorhanden sind. Klar, kann man hier nichts für, aber vielleicht könnte man wenigstens versuchen, die zu bekämpfen. Denn es ist sehr unangenehm, abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und von den Ameisen förmlich überfallen zu werden.

Leider wurde der Schmutz am Beckenboden nicht entfernt.Nach der ersten Urlaubswoche bekamen wir frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die Übergabe war wieder sehr unkompliziert und schnell.Die Lage direkt am Strand war für uns ein absolutes Highlight! Badeschuhe sind allerdings zu empfehlen, da der Meeresboden beim Steg felsig ist.Die Bäckerei und ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.Für uns waren es zwei wunderschöne Wochen und wir überlegen bereits, ob wir im nächsten Jahr wieder dieses tolle Haus buchen sollen.

Das Ferienhaus würden wir definitiv weiterempfehlen. Sehr positiv war unser Check-In. Die Dame hat alles gut erklärt, uns Aktivitäten empfohlen und uns bei weiteren Fragen zur Seite gestanden. Zudem waren wir früher da, konnten sehen wie sauber das Haus peputzt worden ist und konnten nach Absprache sogar eine Stunde früher ins Haus. Im Ort selbst ist nicht viel los, 2-3 Restaurants, 1 Geschäft und 1 Bäckerei. Deshalb wäre ein Auto oder roller von Vorteil. Aber man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Bad im Haus könnte allerdings renoviert werden. Wenn man es ruhig mag oder für sich sein möchte, ist das Ferienhaus nur zu empfehlen.
