The hotel was very good; the design and beach front location. Service was as you would expect, nothing special but definitely not bad. While the food was good the selection was okay. It was an enjoyable week.

Approximately 25 mins from airport.I just went for the sun which hit 27 so cheeky 4 days away. Lovely quiet hotel in November, not much in the area, a small shop/coffee shop up road. Staff were very friendly/ helpful especially reception gentleman (except barman miserable and gave half glass of drink each time) . Animation team always tried hard to include everyone and including myself Solo traveller .Darts/mini Bowls/Yoga. Their beach/pool area was kept spotless clean, sunbeds/very small beach towels given, no bar or food for this time of year near this area which was a pain to walk back upto get a drink so bring water bottle, water station needed please. Security guy on beach, no locals came into this area which was nice. Sea clear blue except for some seaweed long shape but small amount and was not much apart from windy day.. Camels/horses visied beach near water. Everywhere was kept clean contorary to other reviews. My room was spotless ,no kettle in room but had small fridge and free safe. Food let the hotel down as small buffet but I never went hungry as not fussy , thank god for the pizza and salad. Overall was ok 3*.

Mon séjour a été excellent. La personne de l accueil trÚs agréable et professionnelle InÚs et la personne qui travaillait avec elle aussi trÚs gentil et adorable. Les personnes qui travaillent au restaurant trÚs sympathiques et trÚs serviables. Ce personnel mérite un 10/10.Tres discrets et serviables. L hygiÚne pas mal et les personnes du spa notamment Karim et les autres personnes qui massent font la pédicure sont au top. Je recommande cet établissement.

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  14h00 Ă  l’hĂŽtel et l’avions quittĂ© une heure aprĂšs. La rĂ©ception avait confirmĂ© le remboursement des frais d’hĂ©bergement et retienne la taxe de sĂ©jour. Nous avons remplir un formulaire Ă  cet effet. Mais Ă  notre retour en France, nous avons contactĂ© Expedia pour leur informer de la situation afin de faire un suivi et Ă  notre grande surprise, Expedia nous a rĂ©pondu que l’hĂŽtel a changĂ© sa position sur le remboursement disant que nous avons consommĂ© notre sĂ©jour alors que c’est complĂštement faux. Nous sommes déçu par cet hĂŽtel et nous ne recommandons pas pour leur malhonnĂȘtetĂ©. Nous passons toujours par ExpĂ©dia par confiance pour rĂ©gler les litiges. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel ! Tout s’est parfaitement dĂ©roulĂ©, dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e jusqu’à notre dĂ©part. Les buffets Ă©taient variĂ©s et dĂ©licieux, avec des plats savoureux qui convenaient Ă  tous les goĂ»ts. Le personnel Ă©tait chaleureux et attentif, toujours prĂȘt Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  nos besoins avec le sourire. Mention spĂ©ciale pour l’association en charge des activitĂ©s : tout Ă©tait parfaitement organisĂ© et les activitĂ©s proposĂ©es Ă©taient amusantes . HĂŽtel Ă  taille humaine, assez agrĂ©able, chambres propres et balcon agrĂ©able. PassĂ©e la joie d'ĂȘtre arrivĂ© et le bruit berçant des vagues, l'attention est vite portĂ©e sur l'environnement. La restauration qui s'est amĂ©liorĂ©e au fur et Ă  mesure des arrivants, toutefois de qualitĂ© moyenne, peu de choix de fruits,boissons sans alcool et cafĂ© reconstituĂ©s. Coktails tres sucrĂ©s, service Ă  la piscine inexistant, bar de plage fermĂ©, verres non dĂ©barrassĂ©s, tables sales, terrasse restaurant sale et personnel dĂ©sabusĂ©. Equipe d'animation motivĂ©e. Le Spa est efficace mais ne vous fera pas voyager, un trĂšs grand merci Ă  Nadia pour ses bons soins. Les excursions sont Ă  mon goĂ»t chĂšres par rapport Ă  ce qu'il y a Ă  voir sur cette lagune peu entretenue (50e/pers pour une balade Ă  cheval, chameau ou quad). La plage est agrĂ©able mais l'Ă©quipement en bout de course et sale certainement dĂ» a un cruel manque de personnel. Pour ma part cet hĂŽtel m'a bien accueillie et offert ce que je souhaitais : soleil, farniente et spa (6h de soins)durant ces 6 jours de novembre.

Empfang an Reception war sehr freundlich wie auch Animateure. Zimmer kalt eingerichtet, nicht so sauber und im Bad konstant Wasser am Boden das irgendwo auslief. Buffet sehr mickrig und kalt im Speisesaal. Esstische wurden von niemanden abgerĂ€umt, man musste selber und auch selbst eindecken dass man essen konnte. WasserbehĂ€lter waren leer und wurden nicht gefĂŒllt. Wie auch beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck die Kaffeemaschine nicht mit dem fehlenden Element aufgefĂŒllt wurde. Am buffet wurde auch die Milch nicht aufgefĂŒllt damit man es dort hĂ€tte nehmen können. FĂŒr all inklusive in 4 Stern sind die Sterne nicht wĂŒrdig. An der Bar gab es eine minimalistische Auswahl an GetrĂ€nken. Nicht mal Cola Zero oder Schweps welches in all anderen Hotels in Djerba gibt. Auch keine Glace vorhanden
