belle résidence mais appartement sans âme, meublé et équipé sommairement pour la location

Nous avons réservé dans cette résidence car des amis très proches possèdent un dupleix que nous avions trouvé "super". Celui que nous avons loué n'est pas fait pour recevoir des enfants en bas âge (3 ans) car l'escalier en colimaçon est très raide et dangereux, sans rampe et sans barrière de sécurité compte tenu que les lits superposés étaient au 1er étage. Nous pensons que l'annonce devrait préciser ce point. D'autre part, 3 lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, la plaque de cuisson fonctionnait très mal (elle s'allumait et s'éteignait sauf quand on mettait le bouton sur le n° 10) les bouchons du lavabo et de l'évier ne fonctionnaient pas (difficile de faire une petite lessive ou une vaisselle). La vaisselle était suffisante pour 4 - 1 seule poêle qui attachait à la cuisson- bref, on voit bien qu'il s'agit d'un appartement dédié uniquement à la location sans aucun cachet. Nous avons également noté une terrasse sale, une plaque de cuisson pas très nette. Heureusement que la vue était belle du 5 ème étage

pas mal

appartement bien situé avec belle vue sur le port et la mer, bien équipé, mais quelques réparations s'imposent (échelle de lit cassée, support papier toilette cassé, évier de cuisine et salle de bain fermeture évacuation d'eaux impossible, chaises défectueuses,manque couettes). Pour 3 nuits cela a suffit, mais pour plus longtemps non! De plus la mauvaise surprise du cout de nettoyage en plus qui n'apparait qu'une fois la location payée ( conseil bien regardé le tout petit petit point d'interrogation!!!! ) A part ses petits problèmes nous avons passés un agréable séjour et avons profité de ses superbes plages
