The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room / lounge (flat screen TV, DVD) opening onto a terrace and a private garden, a kitchen semi-open to the living room (fridge, microwave, 3 hotplates, washing machine, crockery, washing machine), a separate WC; on the 1st floor: a 1st bedroom (1 bed 140x190) opening onto the balcony, and a bathroom (with shower and WC); on the 2nd floor in the attic, a 2nd bedroom (1 bed 140x190). Pets are not accepted in this rental.

Tolle Lage
Wir haben eine Woche in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen verbracht und ich habe mich täglich über die tolle Lage gefreut. Ganz nah am Hafen von Dives sur mer, schöner kurzer Weg zum Strand von Cabourg und ruhig gelegen. 20 Meter bis zu einer Bank mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Brücke, toll für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen.
Die Räume und Möbel könnten jedoch eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen, es war recht staubig und nicht so gründlich geputzt. Der Inhalt der Küchenschränke war ziemlich zusammengewürfelt und für unseren Bedarf nicht komplett. Natürlich ist man nur zu Gast in dem Haus, aber mit etwas mehr Zuwendung für die schönen Räume hätten wir uns noch wohler gefühlt.
Wir kommen aber gerne wieder. :-)

Séjour très agréable
La maison est très agréable avec son petit jardin au calme, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, la plage et le port sont à deux pas, les commerçants du centre ville un peu plus loin mais on trouve vite le chemin le plus court. Pas un bruit la nuit ce qui est très appréciable. Il faut juste changer le matelas du lit du premier, il a fait son temps ! Autrement tout était parfait.

Nettes kleines Häuschen mit maritimem Flair
Das Häuschen fügt sich perfekt in die Anlage von Port Guillaume ein und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Alles ist fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, so dass wir unser Auto während des Aufenthaltes nicht gebraucht haben.
