This detached seaside home in Salento features private access to the rocky beach through a gated entrance. Enter through a driveway that takes you to the property via a flight of steps. Through the entrance gate, you are welcomed into a private garden.

To the left, you\'ll find the outdoor dining area overlooking the sea, with a large table, and a BBQ. This shaded area is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals. Relax on the sun loungers at the rear of the private garden, or take a stroll to the rocky beach accessible from the garden. This area of Salento is perfect for spectating beautiful sunsets.

Next to the outdoor dining area, a veranda leads you into the property. As you step in you’ll be welcomed into a bright open living area featuring a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

From the verandah, you can access the rustic bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom featuring shower, bidet and WC.

Please note that parking is unavailable on the property grounds. Guests are encouraged to park on the roadside.

We suggest arriving before evening to easily access the property by using the rocky stairs. The property is not recommended for those with limited mobility or walking difficulties

Explore the famous Grotta Zinzulusa the captivating sea cave at a 10-min drive known for its impressive rock formations. Nearby you can visit Torre Minervino (10 min drive from the property), a historic watchtower with panoramic views of the coastline and is a striking symbol of the region\'s rich history.
