I was in town for a conference for a few days and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. What truly stood out to me was their incredible flexibility and dedication to accommodating my early check in allowing me to settle in and unwind after a long journey. This thoughtful gesture instantly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-appointed. The hot breakfast was amazing!! They were also able to accommodate my schedule with a late check-out which allowed me to work from the comfort of my room before heading to the airport. "I absolutely loved this place. First time visiting Columbus and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in an even more amazing location. Close to absolutely everything, OSU, shopping, dining. The staff is incredible, the room was awesome with rich OH history. Down to the wallpaper in the elevator lobby. Cannot wait to visit again. I love The Graduate "
