This beautiful and modern accommodation is located in the middle of the typical North Holland polder landscape in the centre of the village of Dirkshorn. Located next to the owner's house. Its location near the sea, beach and dunes, invites you to make beautiful walking and cycling trips.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated. The living area offers room for 4 people. There is a comfortable sofa with an extra chair. The dining area has a dining table with chairs and sofa. The entire house is delightfully heated by underfloor heating. From the living room you have direct access to the enclosed terrace.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has plenty of kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.

On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a double bed ( 1.80 x 2.20) and single duvets.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön: modern aber gemütlich mit einem lauschigen kleinen Garten. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen nebenan. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Allergiker : es gibt zwei Katzen und ich hatte zum Glück meine Antihistaminika dabei, sonst wäre es sehr unangenehm gewesen.

Empfehlenswert
Oft ist man enttäuscht, wenn man Bilder mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort vergleicht, das war hier allerdings nicht der Fall. Die Räume sehen aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt: sauber, hell und freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl.
Wie beschrieben liegt der Ort nicht direkt am Strand, man fährt etwa 10km. Wen das nicht stört ist hier gut aufgehoben.
