Din'Art Petit appartement fort sympathique à deux pas de la plage de l’écluse avec vue sur la plage. Très fonctionnel et bien équipé sans compter les jeux pour tous les âges en cas de mauvais temps et des livres pour enfants. Il est fidèle à la description. Nous craignions d’y avoir un peu chaud (car sous les toits) mais cela n’a pas été le cas. Accueil et suivi très sympathique de Nathalie. Nous recommandons vivement.

Din'Art "Fantastic apartment for a family of 4 with a 1 minute walk to the beach! 🙂 The location was great, only 1 minute from the beach. Private off road parking was good to have. The apartment was very clean and modern. It was well laid out so didn’t feel small. 🙁 The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building. There is a lift to the fourth floor and then stairs up to the 5th. This wasn’t a problem for us, but worth pointing out."

Nous avons monté les 5 étages (plus rapides que l'ascenseur qui existe dans la résidence mais est assez éloigné compte tenu des longs couloirs du bâtiment). On peut voir la mer depuis une fenêtre ce qui est plutôt chouette. A noter la petite taille des fenêtres. Ainsi, le logement est plus sombre que ce que les photos sur le site peuvent suggérer. Système de volet intérieur peu pratique. Cuisine bien équipée Le parking dans la résidence est un vrai plus pour un séjour serein après les visites dans les communes aux alentours"

great location, spacious, has everything one needs in a home.

Great location, no unpleasant surprise as everything needed was supplied. (could do with one more wine glass though!). Has a parking space which is a great plus in Dinard. Maybe should mention the flat is at the top of the building with one set of stairs with no lift but a nice view of the beach and sea. Would definitely not hesitate to book it again.

Très bon séjour emplacement formidable dans Dinard d'ou l'on peut faire tout à pieds. Appartement confortable correspondant à la description avec une décoration moderne . Un plus la wifi et 3 téléviseurs ce qui permet de regarder des programmes différents. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
