WALK to beautiful Lake Dillon, Dillon Amphitheater, the Dillon Marina (the world's highest deep-water marina), local restaurants, bike and walking paths, Summer Farmers Market, and much more. Just a block from the brand-new Dillon Town Park, featuring tennis courts, pickleball courts, rock walls, state of the art playgrounds, baseball fields, picnic pavilions and Summit Stage bus stop.

The cozy living room is surrounded with huge corner windows and offers a large open area to hang out with friends and family or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Enjoy the gas fireplace, a sleeper sofa and comfy recliners to relax in after a day of skiing or a day on the lake paddle boarding. The first Master Bedroom is located off the living area and features a King Bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The en suite features granite countertop double sinks and a large walk in shower with a luxury double shower head.

The second Master Bedroom features a cozy queen canopy bed with XL Twin bunk above and an en suite bathroom that also has a second entrance from the main living area. The en suite bathroom features granite counter tops and a shower / tub combination with a luxury double showerhead.

Enjoy your home away from home with a reserved heated underground parking spot, along with a private storage room for your skis, boots and gear. The “Mountain View Condo” is stocked with towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and an initial supply of kitchen soap. You will also have your own washer and dryer in the condo with an initial supply of laundry detergent.

Located in the heart of Dillon, in Summit County and just a block from the free bus service (Summit Stage) serving Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. For additional sleeping options, pack ‘n plays are available upon request.
